Bought these for the workout programs. I was surprised that the box did not have them. These look great and don’t leak and hold the food nicely. I cannot yet comment if the meal plan works at all, but these are cheap enough to at least try it out.

Portion Control Marked Bowls
As you can see from the first wash in my sink mind you, I did not scrub the tops only let them set in the water long enough for the sink to fill as I wash all my silverware first. By the time I got to the lids all the words and little pictures were gone. With it being the first time I had used them, I never got to learn the sizes, which was what they were bought for, was so that I could portion control. The bowls themselves are made of good quality and the kids go on and off very easily, but I would have enjoyed them more if the words and pictures would have stayed on the lids.
