These containers help me in my weight loss journey.I don’t do the 21 day fix diet anymore, I just count calories and make sure I’m in a deficit.I also fast 16 or more hours.I do stick to the no more than 1 cup of carbs a day though. I got everything and they emailed me the book, which I knew about ahead of time.The quality is decent, but a couple of the containers won’t close well anymore.I only use them to measure it to hold something at home, so them not closing that well isn’t too bad.If you plan to take them out of the home, just beware that they may eventually stop wanting to snap closed.

I almost didn’t buy this because of the complaints that the books were missing. Please note, they are E-Books. There is a QR code on top of the box. Alternatively, there is a small card that directs you to the website. There is a picture of the recipe book, and another of the planner. Simple click on them and they download. I like that the recipes include how many of each container is being used, making it easy to keep track.

This didn’t even come with the 21 day book! You have to go to a website that doesn’t even work. It only that, it doesn’t tell you how to calculate your baseline calories in order to calculate the rest.
