Easy to take and feels like a good daily combo
These capsules are small and easy to take, and I like that the D3 and K2 are paired together since they work well as a combo. They are gentle on the stomach and feel clean, which is typical for Pure Encapsulations. It is not the kind of supplement where you notice big changes, but it is a solid daily option if you want simple support for bones and overall health.

I can’t say if it has worked for me because I haven’t done the blood tests, but I did my good research on this product and it turned out to be one of the best and lighter products, it shouldn’t fall hard on your stomach and it’s essential to take vitamin D with vitamin K for better absorption and so that calcium doesn’t accumulate in the bones, it’s a good product at a very good price and I know that in the end I’ll have very good results and very good value for money. It has very good absorption and a small size that will be easy to swallow and has no flavor and is very easy to digest.

These are great vitamins! I am subscribed monthly.Living in the Midwest, I think most people should be taking vitamin d supplements. I love that these include k2, that is very important. The ingredients are very clean. They are very small. I do not notice any taste/ smell. I take two at night in the winter. I would recommend!

Quality Product
I use this every day for low Vitamin D levels as instructed by my Dr. Since, I’ve been taking it, my levels are good. Check with your Dr before taking extra Vitamins but Pure Encapsulations is better for me than other brands. It seems to absorb better, so it seems to be more effective.
