Good Taste & Value
We think these are really great. They taste good, always have a good reliable consistency, quality and texture and the individual packaging make it convenient and easy to grab and go. The variety of flavors make these appealing to all the adults in the house and the kids like them too! Not too sweet and sugary, but still a good flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They’re packed with protein and a really good value for the money.

Delicious protein bars, but watch the carbs and sucralose
As with many fitness products of late, the Pure Protein Bars are offering a lot of protein in a dense form, and these are very tasty, like eating a small Snickers bar, really. That said though, we are talking 180 calories in one snack which, for me, is a sizeable dent in my daily calorie budget, plus there’s not much doubt the chocolate adds to the carbohydrates. They’re also sweetened with sucralose, an artificial sweetener, and I’ll be honest, I can only handle in small quantities without suffering GI issues. Maybe one of these a week, but I also need to watch out for other sucralose sources, such as in my protein shakes.There’s no question though that these bars taste great and I wish I could have them more often. I’d also add that one might want to be careful ordering these during hot seasons, because they probably can melt. I haven’t encountered that problem though, and in truth, I keep the box in the refrigerator, just in case.

Much better than expected as a diabetic looking for sweets
So I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 44 years old this April of 2025. Tldr it’s been a long nightmare of a road trying to find good food and over snacks that are low-carb, low sugar and that actually tastes good. This is obviously falling under the category of something sweet to eat while also packing a good amount of protein. It not having any sugar in it and yet still actually tasting very much. So like a chocolate brownie was very surprising to me. Obviously it still doesn’t taste like a real brownie with real sugar, but it’s pretty darn close. Protein bar that makes for an easy quick snack that you can grab and take with you or keeping a package then. This is absolutely The thing you’re looking for. I actually went with the galactic brownie bars, 12 count box. And I’ve ordered these a few times now since first getting them. Nice size, good quantity for the number spent, and the ingredients are all healthy which is great for my new diet. The texture is a bit hard, but is a firm brownie protein bar so that’s to be expected. Holds up very well in warmer temperatures as well. Again would highly recommend, enjoy!

Yummy!
Honestly these got me through pregnancy. High in fiber and protein which is what I needed! Really satisfied any hunger and kept my cravings in check. These bars are massive so you really do only need like one a day and they curb appetite for a good while too. I think the overall quality is good especially considering these are some of the cheaper protein bars on the market. Beware if you e never had a protein bars that the texture can be a bit weird/grainy/chewy BUT if you’re looking to get your fiber and protein in this really is a tasty bar that does the job!

Bought it for the unusual lemon flavor, rarely found in a protein bars. Is best when kept cold in the fridge. Tastes just like a lemon dessert, so it’s great for cravings. Could be softer to be a 5 out of 5.

I eat one of these bars after a cardio session and prior to a few hours of yardwork. I initially purchased the combination pack from Costco but didn’t eat the peanut bars and didn’t really like the plain chocolate ones. Settled on the chocolate chip and haven’t looked back. Sometimes they seem to be in short supply so I tend to order accordingly.
