Heat Lasted 24 hours! On the Go Essential
These are Amazing if you are working or on the go and need some heat relief or if you are in bed with cramps. I put them on top of a thin shirt or on top of underwear with some pants/shorts that are not too loose, to keep the heat patch in place. However I will say the patch is pretty small…my abdomen does not have any extra love fluff, they need to come out with a XL version so everyone can enjoy, and for the girls with a little extra meat. If you have any belly roll hang time I feel like the patch won’t work unfortunately.

These are the best things I’ve ever used. They work almost nearly hope you feel so much better especially when you’re in class or at work they work really well.

Value for money and great for on-the-go
Value for money, they are not a full on heating pad but they’re great for when you’re on the go and specially traveling. After a little while you’ll notice the area where to placed it to be warmed up, and I do recommend to follow the instruction to stick it to underwear or garment instead of directly to skin. Better for the days when you’re not so bloated and don’t have strong cramps, or like I said for when you’re on the go or traveling.

I love these!
I get really bad cramps and yet I still have to function and work! These are so nice to use and just have on while I work. They really help relieve some of the pain. They last for roughly five hours for me but I don’t move a ton while working. They are a bit small.

Hardly got warm
These barely got warm for me. I tend to like my heating pads just below the point of burning, so it’s possible this kind of heating pad just won’t cut it for the relief I need. I was hopeful about these, and I plan to see if they might help with other aches and pains, but they just weren’t strong enough to help with menstrual cramps.

Perfect for cramps
My daughter loves these little heating pads, especially for that time of month. She says they last a long time and provide steady, soothing warmth without getting too hot like other brands. Worth It!
I kept seeing these on various home restocking videos as I doom scrolled and decided to try them out. I purchased these and also a different brand that comes in a rectangular shape to compare them. I definitely prefer these. Not only did they stay warm longer, but the shape make it so that they stayed in place much better and were more unnoticeable under jeans. I will definitely repurchase these in the future when I run out.

The recent batch I got are super thin and do not heat up like other Rael patches I’ve used in the past. Mind you, I’ve ordered these patches many times! This is the second time I’ve received thin, ineffective patches. Super disappointed as these patches help me get through the day when I have my period.

This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.
