I recently started the Carnivore diet and when you’re body is transitioning from eating high carb, processed foods and sugars to healthy zero carbs and sugars your body will go through an adjustment. I tried the powdered electrolytes by other companies but they taste bad and have sugar additives that I don’t want. This product is super clean and has been great to replenish the electrolytes my body needs. I had a few leg cramps in the morning prior to taking this product but they have completely gone away now. I just bought some for a friend who is also moving to the Carnivore diet. This product in a caplet form is the best! No salty, yucky drinks! Love it and will continue.

Great salt pills! The quality is fantastic and I think I will be getting these from now on because the salt pills I was getting before were getting way to spendy. I have POTS so I take these everyday and they help a ton! The sodium content is incredible for the price! Def would recommend to any potsie out there looking for good salt pills! They also have a electrolyte drink mix that it’s really good as well!

Great minerals
I feel really great when I take this. The minerals are a great combination and you can either swallow the capsules or as I like to do open them up and mix them in a drink. It dissolves easily and has no taste. Two a day so I feel like it’s a good value.

What afternoon headaches?
I work outside. I also live in a desert. I also have to wear FR clothing as per my job. So the heat index is never in my favor. I have to drink a lot of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. The problem is that drinking a lot of water without replenishing salts and electrolytes causes the body to go out of whack. I always seem to get a headache around 2pm if I haven’t had something like a bottle of Gatorade or some other drink to help replenish lost electrolytes. The problem is sports drinks literally taste like melted popsicles and are loaded with sugar. Given my family’s history of diabetes, I try to avoid sugary drinks if I can. So I tried these (basically salt pills) energy capsules for a week. It was over 95 degrees each day, with some days getting over 100 degrees. I gotta say, I had no headaches each day, and felt fine drinking just water. I took two capsules about an hour after lunch, just before the time that my headaches start. No headaches. No lightheaded feeling, and zero fatigue. And I’m not talking fatigue like I come home and tell my wife I had a long, hard day at work. That’s every day in my line of work. No, I’m talking about that feeling of sheer exhaustion, where I could literally fall asleep standing up. None of that. These capsules are good stuff. No flavor to them. Just take 1-2 doses per day as needed and keep drinking high quality H2O. And get away from the flavored sugar water in the gas station.
