Works well! Feels very relaxing. Might be less effective if you have a small head/width between temples, but for the price I’m happy with the feel and bit of relaxation.

Great before bed
Been using it right before going to sleep as I have issues falling asleep; completely relaxes me. I personally like the strong pressure and the heat option but the only minor complaint i have is that the vibration is a little weird; i wish it was more spread out and a little let club/rave sounding lol. Very good customer service and warranty
I’ve had this unit for about 3 months and used it only 3–4 times a week. When it worked, it was actually pretty good. But at the beginning of month 3, the heater suddenly stopped working completely. No heat at all.Very disappointed because I expected it to last much longer with such light use. For the price, the reliability is not acceptable. I wouldn’t buy this again.Edit: after contacted customer service, they replaced new one for me. The experience was really good and smooth.

Could use some design adjustments
It’s not comfortable (or uncomfortable) nor is it soft in my opinion. Light weight? Well, that’s subjective. It’s not what I would call light, but someone else might. It works well enough. I suffer from chronic sinus issues (sinusitis, infections, headaches, post nasal, you name it). The heat function and massage over my eyes relieve the pressure and pain. I have yet to be able to use it when I have a migraine. It’s too heavy on my face and triggers nausea because of how it sits on my nose.There are 2 sets of rollers on each side. One that goes over the eyes and one up above. While I adore the “massage function” over my eyes, I find the other set that rolls up to be uncomfortable and somewhat painful. It presses too hard on the space between my brow bone and cheekbone (not far from the temple). I love strong massage over my eyes, but can’t take it near my temples. I use it on soft massage and adjust it. If you’re a person that has difficulty wearing glasses with the nose pads, the unit feels the same after a few minutes, faster if your sinuses are swollen. It’s weird becoming dizzy while laying on my couch.Basically, I would recommend the Renpho Eye Massager for sinus problems although the design could be more comfortable. I find it too heavy and uncomfortable for when I have a migraine.

A little over a year
Renpho’s eye massager is truly remarkable. Dealing with constant eye strain, soreness, and puffy eyes, I rely on it to rejuvenate me during my lunch break, preparing me for the latter part of the workday. Its combination of air pressure, vibration, and heat provides a soothing massage around my eyes and temples, instantly refreshing my mood.That said, this is my second unit. The first one I ordered did not power on, and knowing nothing of the brand, I thought it may have been a loss. However, the return and replacement on Amazon was easy.Looking ahead, I hope Renpho considers adding a cooling or cold mode to their massagers in the future. While this may affect the price, I would gladly invest more for such a feature.
