Excellent For Migraine Relief
I have had the Eyeris 1 for several years now and it is magical! I purchased the Eyeris 3 for my son, who suffers from migraines. This newer model is slick. I love that it has all the same features as previous models but has some great upgrades, like the ability to cool. This device is one of the only things that alleviates migraines without having to take medicine.

Can’t say enough about it! I’m not a heat person when it comes to muscle tension (prefer cold), but on my eyes heat is the way to go. I have severe dry eyes, constant sinusitis, allergies, migraines, you name it I got it. The combination of the heat and the compression massage is superb. We could argue that it’s not strong enough or it’s too strong but it’s really preference. The strongest level is just strong enough for me. Could I go up a notch….. yes but I can live with it the way it is. Absolute game changer. As for the noise it’s not extremely loud but noisy enough that it’s not quiet. I sleep with a sound machine so the noise is a plus for me. Husband doesn’t complain so that’s another plus. I wish the strap didn’t snag/pull my hair but that’s the only thing I have that’s negative and honestly it’s my fault because I have it so tight on my face because I want to feel the compression massage at it’s maximum capacity.

Not as good as my previous brand
I have a very old Breo massager which has been getting weak and not warming up as well, so I decided to treat myself to a new heated eye massager. Unfortunately though this one was flashier and had newer tech like voice control and different settings, the most important function for me (which was the massaging part) fell short. It does not have the kneading and accupressure massager like my Breo has. All it does is inflate and deflate a different bunch of airbags and some times, the combination of inflation around my temples will cause the eye mask to squeeze towards the middle and rise away from the inner half of my eyes, which then kind of let heat escape so the warming feature just never felt ‘warm enough’. Also, the highest pressure was not really strong enough for me and it is a disconcerting when some airbags just inflate a quarter way and ‘hesitate’ there for a second before inflating more, ‘hesitate’, inflate a little more, ‘hesitate’. Along with the loud noise, it makes it feel like the machine is breaking down or something. My old Breo was much quieter than this supposedly newer tech so it was harder for me to relax or fall asleep.I’m giving it 3 stars because it looks nice and was working right out of the box and the price was good value, but for what I wanted (Accupressure and kneading), it fell way short. This would probably work for someone who is looking for just ‘pulsation’ airbags kind of massage. I am returning it.

I love, love this eye massager. My eyes feel refreshed after every use. I recommend this for individuals who spend a significant amount of time staring at a screen. It is comfortable to some degree if the straps are not too snug. The sound quality, however, is not that great!

Not good at all
I’m surprised at how very little I enjoy this. It is extremely noisy adding the vibration does absolutely nothing other than make it extra noisy the different modes feel like incomplete massages. They always stop right before they get to a section that I would like to have pressure I was expecting to be able to choose a constant amount of pressure or massaging which you cannot do. The heating function works fine however the cooling function is misleading as all it is is it added gel pad that you remove and have to refrigerate and it does not sit on the face frame very well and is very loose. I don’t enjoy the sounds that come with this. This is a very bulky item that does not fit well to your face And massage is weak. Pressure is weak overall a big waste of money and not at all what I was expecting.
