Worth it
I bought this maybe 2 years ago for around $60 and it’s still alive like it’s new. Simple design, nothing crazy or hard to play around with. I didn’t really try different functions because I didn’t feel the need to. Simply press on button and it starts right away. Enjoy the15 minutes of heat and air pressure massage, fall asleep and wake up fresh once it’s done.Battery life is amazing, I charged it full once and it didn’t die for months when I forgot to use it for awhile.Specifically got this one because I don’t really like leather texture. I wanted something soft and it’s perfect. Also it’s good that the fabric detaches so I can wash them whenever.I bought mainly because I get terrible migraines that do not go away unless I sleep. This device really helps me relieve the pain a whole level every time.As for noise, honestly, is not quiet; but I think it’d be somewhat similar for other eye massage devices. I personally got used to it and it somewhat makes me feel more relaxed listening to the air pressure sounds along with the default music it plays.I let several coworkers try mine and 3/5 bought it on spot if that helps 🙂

Great for travel and rest
Purchased in 2023 and today in 2025, it still works fine. There are a variety of settings to choose from. The noise level is fine even on a plane. There isn’t a way to adjust the sound, but you can choose what sounds to play. If you don’t want sound you can turn it off. It travels well and the battery life is very good. The automatic setting is 15 minutes; I haven’t found a way to extend the time other than restarting when the cycle ends. The pressure isn’t adjustable but you can turn it off if you don’t want it.I have migraines (on every brain MRI) and this doesn’t fix them – nor is it supposed to. There are other things (like medicine and diet) to help with migraines. Depending on your migraine cause, there may not be a cure, but some relief. See a neurologist and get checked! This isn’t a medical device.I use this for tired and puffy eyes and to help with sleep in bright spaces (like a plane). The massage is calming and helps with that. Only use this as part of a sleep routine. The heat is uncomfortable for my sensitive eyes (I prefer cooler compresses) but sometimes it helps calm irritation down. The heat intensity also cannot be adjusted, but you can turn it off.Self-care is the BEST care, and this mask is a delightful part of my routine. I bought two more as gifts.

Nice eye massager
My first experience with a smart eye massager. First impression was that the padded area is harder than I was expecting. But once the massage rollers started working, I understood why it can’t be too soft. Too much padding would simply nullify the massage effects. The included music is ok, although I’m pretty sure I’ll change the music occasionally. I really enjoy the heat, and that feature is actually the primary reason I purchased an eye massager. My only wish is that the padded area on the eyes was a little flatter. In other words, that the padding rested more firmly on my eyes. Otherwise, this seems to be a pretty good product. Hopefully, it will be durable, as I plan on using this everyday.

Not Sure If I Got a Fully Functional Unit
I bought one of the “used” units offered by Amazon Warehouse. so I’m not sure if it’s a properly functioning unit.Pros:- Air compression hits the right spots on my face, particularly the bony temple on the outer side of my eyes. I’m a petite woman so probably have a smaller face.- Heats up very well. Maybe even a little too warm if not using the removable “cover” that came with it.- The 2 features above provide a relaxing experience. However the experience is marred by the cons below.Cons (and some of these issues is why I wonder whether my unit functions correctly):- The vibration feature isn’t really a true or constant vibration. The “vibration” starts and stops, starts and stops. It also emits this annoying “shooting” sound, reminiscent of space ships in a video game. I find myself less and less able to tune this out as I continue to use the massager so it’s becoming increasingly distracting for me. So I just stopped using this function.- The actual melody portion is soothing and calms me towards sleep. Unfortunately, the music ends about 12 minutes into the 15-minute session, and then is replaced by a pretty jarring frog croaking noise, followed by birds chirping. The switch from a nice, lulling melody to loud animal sounds is pretty abrasive and always jolts me out of my relaxed state.- When the timer ends, the unit beeps. Why would you want to hear a beep to wake you back up just as you’ve fallen asleep?- The strap is pretty snug. It’s fine for me usually. I have a small face and I find the snugness accentuates the pressure of the compression, which often feels nice. There are some days though when the tightness bothers me and I find I can’t bear to wear the thing for the full 15 minutes. I imagine those with a bigger head might be even more bothered.- It comes with a piece of fabric that you basically velcro over the inside of the unit so that the fabric is what is touching your face. This is a great concept as it keeps the unit itself clean since the fabric can be removed and washed. But the fabric is so ill-fitting that it’s cumbersome to use, so I never bother with it.Overall, I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for what I received because of the annoying noises. You can solve the vibration and music issue by just turning those off (although it’s unfortunate to lose the melody portion because I do really like that), but the end beep can’t be avoided. Maybe it wouldn’t bother you so much, but I become more and more resentful every time I hear it.

The pneumatic massage, vibrating massage, heat compress, soothing music built in, one key operating and 5 different modes. You can even download music to it. It has to be the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had so soothing. I love to use it right before I go to sleep. But have also just used it for relaxation. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I bought this item for my critically ill wife suffering from Motor Neuron Disease ALS. She is totally bedridden with no body movements at all including all parts of the face. I had used around 10 times since purchased and she enjoys it asking for more times to be worn.The product is light and exactly fits my wife with good massaging effect with music. I personally tried and it had release the pressure and lighten my eyes.Highly recommended product for people who are using computers most of the day.

After reading the reviews I didn’t really know what to expect? Was it going to be too noisy, uncomfortable or a gimmick? Well it was none of those things!Noise? Sure it makes a little noise, what would one expect? It has small motors in it to operate air compressor etc., noise is not overwhelming. I wear a set of noise cancelling headphones playing music of my choice of music, no problem.Comfort? It took a couple of uses to find a position and head tension that suited me. Now I don’t notice it apart from it doing its thing.Gimmick? No, not really. It is soothing and seems to do what it is supposed to do. Since I’ve only been using it once a day for a couple of weeks I cannot say it has cured my dry eye condition, but it does seem a little better.Would I purchase it again, Yes.Would I purchase it again from Amazon? Yes, easy transaction with guaranteed delivery and genuine product.
