I love this Siberian Adaptogens tincture! No need to dilute, can put directly under to gue, although you can dilute in some water or liquid. I love the taste! Slightly sweet & effective! Adaptogens are all the rage in health circles, helping to improve ones response to stress, creating a natural resiliency that comes from within! Liquids are easily absorbable, and I think they are the easiest to take! Easier for me, than swallowing a pill. This company is awesome, made in USA, gluten free, vegan, soy free, organic, kosher, non-gmo, organic, no additives, 100% natural. I am so glad to have discovered this product and brand!

Good for immune and boost to start the mornings
I do like the ingredients in this liquid supplement. There is the blend of different herbs, alcohol and water. The liquid supplement comes in a dark brown colored glass bottle with a dropper. I take two full drops under my tongue. The taste is pretty strong as it does contain alcohol. At first I didn’t like it but now I have acquired a taste to it. I take a glass of water right after swallowing the supplement. I find this supplement great for everyday use to keep my immune system going and giving me a boost of energy in the mornings. The only thing I noticed about this supplement was that it didn’t have an expiration date anywhere on the bottle. Im guessing after opening it probably has a 12 month life span?

Great blend of ingredients
I feel really good taking this – focused, energized, and motivated. It’s a really interesting and potent blend of adaptogens which mostly have a focus on energy and overall vitality. I will say the taste is pretty strong though and it’s an alcohol based tincture, so it has a strong alcohol burn as well. You could mix this into a mocktail or juice if you desired to mask the taste. I just do it straight up, but it is pretty intense. I will likely continue purchasing this. Keep in mind it’s important to take breaks from things like this too – I don’t take it daily, just a few times per week.. and will probably take a week or two off here and there.

Somewhat exotic with no GMP mark
Adaptogens are known to help your body in how it responds to stress and anxiety. This product has many components that I have taken in the past but also some that are less typical. With more components involved, personally I have found that there is more uncertainty in how your body might respond and this product has a lot of different atypical herbs in it. The taste is strong and not that great but tolerable. I used this in my tea felt like it wasn’t the easiest on the urinary tract regardless of what benefits it may have. When products like this have so many components, for me it is important to have the GMP certification and this one doesnt have it. I found the product to be of reasonable quality but I’m not sure it’s for me for the reasons mentioned.

I like this HERBIA Siberian Adaptogens Herbal Blend. It contains several herb supplements that I have long been using for a while when it comes to better body stress response and overall well being. Things like red ginseng, rhodiola, and so on. This is very easy to use, and a convenient way to bypass some of these supplements in individual capsule or tablet form.

Very Interesting
I will try just about anything for calm, energy, and focus assistance. This tincture is very well thought out and the number of natural ingredients is a wonderful combination. I added one dropper of the tincture to 1/4 cup of water. The taste was not bad, it was not unpleasant, a very earthy smell and the taste was not bitter, not sweet but definitely of herbs.I cannot vouch for the increase of calm or focus but found no ill effects from this product. I will continue to use and assess over time if it has been of benefit for me.I do like that the product is all natural and made in the USA.

Mild, earthy flavor
I could smell this tincture before I even opened it, so used a little more than 1oz of water to dilute for the first time trying it, but I needn’t have worried, because while it has a strong, earthy smell, it doesn’t really have much taste at all, good or bad. It’s mildly earthy tasting. I was surprised at how mild, since it has a combination of earthy herbs in it, not known for their good flavor, but perhaps because these are concentrates (it appears to be very concentrated), they could minimize bitterness, and licorice tends to sweeten blends.
