Doubles as a sciatica relief cushion!
Having recently injured my back, I am thoroughly impressed with this cushion at this price point (under $30 after tax).It stays cool which is important for me as I get hot easily. It being memory foam, I would say, it has a “medium” firmness to it.I found out it can also double as a seat cusion when I tucked the top into the seat of my recliner (sit bones seated on the “bottom” of cushion) which was very helpful to my inflamed sciatica due to said injury. It worked great on my recliner, couch, office chair & wooden dinner chair in both described positions.The only thing I would say about it that may be a deal breaker is the securing strap on it has no detachment point &, while it is elastic, is only as wide as the cushion itself & may be very hard to use to secure to ANY chair. I never felt the need to secure it so I was unaffected by this flaw.Over all (as 220lb., 5′ 10″ male) I would highly recommend trying this cushion if you know the security strap will work for your implementation or simply don’t need it.

We have a recliner that doesn’t provide much lumbar back support. This solves the issue perfectly. I like that it’s not too bulky and is super comfy. Works great!

This lumbar support pillow is perfect for my office chair! I am so happy with this purchase! Our office was recently remodeled and the new chairs are nice but offer no back support. Decent but not great
My acupuncturist recommended I get a lumbar pillow for while I’m at work to help with my back pain. This had great reviews so I thought I’d try it. The strap is just an elastic strap that gets loose as you use it. I’ve only had this for about 3 weeks and it’s already stretched out. The pillow is decent and does help with back support when it stays in place. Maybe it’s the type of chair I have at work but it falls through between the bottom and back of the chair so I always have to readjust it through out the day. It also tends to push me off of my chair, so it hasn’t really helped me with any pain relief. I do shift work so this is very easy to fold and put in a bag and take it with me while traveling to and from work.

This is great on my lower back and small enough I can take it with me. I’ve used it in my recliner and my truck. The straps are nice, they held it in place in my truck. Great for the price. It’s holding up well so far. I’d recommend it to anyone with lower back pain.

Made my workout so much better
I bought this back cushion to use on my recombinant bike. The back of the seat is hard and made my exercising uncomfortable. I used the cushion this morning and had no discomfort at all. I wish that I would have ordered it along time ago!

Je l’ai acheté car il était le mieux coté des coussins et le prix me semblait raisonnable. Au début, je n’avais pas l’impression que cela ferait une grande différence pour me rendre compte, par la suite, que je n’avais plus mal en bas du dos, assise et même quand je restais longtemps debout ce qui n’était pas le cas avant. De plus, cela prend quelques jours, mais, par la suite, il s’adapte bien à votre dos et il est très confortable. Je travaille 10h par jour à l’ordinateur et vraiment je vois la différence en plus d’avoir une meilleure posture. Je recommande. Pour moi, c’est le meilleur coussin pour le dos que j’ai utilisé.
