I just received this smart body fat scale and right out of the box I’m very impressed! I almost bought one that was closer to $300 because it’s the first one that I saw advertised and then I figured I could return this less expensive model if it didn’t live up to expectations.It has a nice sleek look to it, and the digital display is bright and easy to read. There is a 2 pound difference between this one and my other fairly new scale, but it’s consistent. As I get older and try to stay healthy, this scale helps me to see my total body weight, body fat rate, visceral, fat, BMI, water content, and muscle mass and so much more, so I can tell if I’m on track day by day.The app is awesome. There is additional information you do not see on the scale screen that appears on your app profile Things such as your bone mass and protein mass show once you open up the results page on the app. There is the option to do a daily comparison, charts, and trends. There is approximately 14 other measurements that do not appear on the screen that appears in the app, so that’s a nice surprise.I believe up to 24 participants can keep track of their measurements. I teach a silver sneakers fitness program, and this is one of the reasons I purchased the scale, to share it with everyone who wants to keep track of their progress or lack thereof😇.I have only had the scale about a week and I’m loving it so far.

Reliable and Easy to Read — A Great Smart Scale for Everyday Use
I recently got this smart scale and so far I’m really happy with it. I haven’t had it for too long, but my first impressions are very positive. I have another scale at home that I’ve been using for a while, and when I compared the two, the readings were almost the same—just off by about .5-.7 a pound. That’s completely acceptable for me, and it actually gave me more confidence that this one is quite accurate.The display is one of the things I like most. It’s big, bright, and easy to read without needing to squint or grab my phone. The numbers and graphs show up clearly, and the information feels well-organized. Even someone who’s not too tech-savvy could figure it out quickly.In terms of functionality, it seems well thought out. The app connection was straightforward, and syncing through Bluetooth didn’t take long. The app gives a nice overview of your progress, which I find motivating. It’s also nice that it can store multiple users since other family members can track their own stats too.Weight accuracy and consistency are good so far. I’ve stepped on it multiple times to test, and it gives nearly identical results each time. The build feels solid and stable, not wobbly or cheap, and it looks nice enough to leave out in the bathroom without it feeling like an eyesore.If I had to mention one small thing, it’s that the app could take a second or two longer to sync sometimes—but honestly, it’s not a big deal. Considering the price, the features, and the overall reliability, I’d say it’s a great value for money.Overall, this scale feels dependable, easy to use, and smartly designed. It does what I need without overcomplicating things.

So Much More Than Just a Scale
I upgraded from a basic $30 smart scale, and I’m so glad I did! This one provides a lot more powerful information and feels much more advanced. The app breaks everything down in detail, including body fat percentage, fat mass, muscle mass, protein, water weight, and even segmental analysis for each limb. It gives me my body composition in a way that actually feels useful and motivating.I love how easy it is to read and how it displays everything clearly. Multi User Friendly
We love this scale at my house. My boys do wrestling and this is so accurate and easy to use. The multi User Friendly part is key because it will automatically detect who is on the scale. They use this several times a week and before every weigh in for tournaments. I highly recommend this to anyone that has kids in wrestling

The body composition is way off
For the money, this is a waste of time. The only thing it seems to measure accurately is weight. I was formerly a competitive bodybuilder, and I have a close approximation and intuition for what my current BF is. It started out with 28%, which is way off. I haven’t been that fat in my entire life, with the majority hovering around 10 – 15%. I do intermittent fasting, and after eating a modest lunch after breaking a 72 hour fast, it claimed my BF went up over 1%. This means not only does it not have an accurate starting point, but it doesn’t even track by linear or with any coefficient. It’s not even directionally correct. A random guess is more accurate than this scale regarding body comp. It’s a total waste of money. Worse than not having data is having incorrect data. If you just want a digital scale, there are a plethora of less expensive options that will do that just fine.
