Ceased counting steps accurately within first 30 days.
At first, I loved it (the fit, function, app) but within the first month, it could not accurately track my steps while on a treadmill (3x-5x per week). Seriously, it was only picking up every 6th to 10th step and counting it as 1 step, despite the fact it was fully charged and my phone it was connected to was literally in front of my on the treadmill. Very frustrating as a “fitness tracker” should be able to track your attempts at getting fit. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

A good beginner smart ring – size 11I’ve always wanted to try out a smart ring, but have been deterred by the initial cost and having to subscribe to an app service just to use the thing. Fortunately, this ring allowed me to have my first smart ring experience – and I like it! The ring is lightweight, fits well, and holds a charge for a couple of days before needing a recharge. No complaints there. The app is free, although I had to keep my location on to have it register any changes in information – a personal issue, not a slight on the app. I like how it tracks my sleep, O2 levels, heart rate and stress levels. The step counter is fairly accurate and came in really close to what my smartwatch step counts were. I recommend this smart ring to anyone who wants an affordable wearable option without an app subscription.

I like this ring!! I didn’t expect that. I snore and walk a lot for my job. I wanted something that I could wear to bed and also while at work. The app that’s associated with the ring is easy to use and connects with the health app on my phone. Very easy to pair and set up. So far it has been tracking my sleep and I’m comparing it to my watch and they are basically in sync so it’s accurate.It functions as it should. I don’t understand the picture taking option. Makes no sense to me. The price is decent and won’t break your wallet. It if broke I wouldn’t stress about it like I would the ones that cost 5x this price.The only con is the battery life. It can last a day and a half before you have to recharge it.
