Effective, almost like a pair of hands
This device loosely grips onto my neck and shoulders and is different from my other neck snd shoulder massager that just kneads with a single knob. It won’t substitute for a person, but it massages the neck and trap region more like a person does. It heats up well and very quickly. Different massage mode change the direction and rhythm of the “fingers.” Great for work-related tension in the neck and shoulders. The barer your skin, the more it grips—I exposed my shoulders for deeper massage and covered them with a blanket for lighter massage. The default rhythm is good—slow but not too slow. The manual also shows that you can use it on the lower back. Very nice tool.

This is a fantastic unit. I’ve have owned Snailax message units before but they were not as effective as this one. Although my current massager is effective in the neck area it doesn’t hit that tension spot on your back . This one does. And it does so with power.They really did a great job designing this unit. The massager is covered with a beautiful faux light green leather that is stitched! There are zippers here I would imagine for battery replacement. It has a Mode setting. It alternates between forward and reverse, forward only, and a intermittent setting. Heat setting has 3 levels. Also 3 speed settings.You can press this massager pretty hard into your back without bogging down. It is quiet too. What use would a massager be if it was really loud.If you come home at night from a tension filled day this unit is for you. I’m very satisfied.

Purchased this after seeing one my son in law bought for my step-daughter and wow absolutely amazed by the results. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and this massager gets right in there and you can actually feel it moving the knots and massaging the muscles.I used it for the 15 minutes max the first day and the next day could feel a slight ache in the muscles which told me they had most definitely been worked upon. It actually felt like you have been for a full massage the day before.The machine is very easy to use however I did think I was buying the cordless one which my step-daughter had especially after reading the Q&As relating to this product which did say you do not need it plugged in when you are using. The one I obviously purchased is corded and does need to be plugged in whilst being used. Not a huge problem though as I can sit near a plug. The benefits from the results and the massage by far outweigh this little niggle and I would strongly recommend this massager.

Great product. Can’t live without it now. It’s perfect for pain relief. It has only two speed settings, but that’s fine for me. I wouldn’t say the size is small enough to take it in your suitcase on a plane, but it’s fine to transport in your car.

This is a really good product. I have suffered from neck pains following a golfing injury a number of years ago but regular professional massage is out of the question due to costs.Tried a commercial massage chair several weeks ago and found it so good that I decided to purchase something more suited to home use. No regrets whatever about buying this Neck Massager. With its two speed/intensity settings and heat option I have found that it provides great relief from pain (neck a bit sore after first use but that soon abated) and is thoroughly relaxing. The intensity of the massage can be toned down, if preferred, by covering with a towel, soft cloth etc.The price was great ( part of a multi-buy offer). I only wish I had known about this and bought one sooner!
