Makes a quick tasty pudding
Found recipes for Chia Seed Pudding online. Only 3 or 4 ingredients, let it set up in the fridge for 2 hours, and no-cholesterol, no cooking, tasty pudding ready to eat! I like tapioca pudding but don’t like standing at the stove constantly stirring. So chia seeds are a great alternative. Only issue here is the price is too high. Found same size package in local grocery store for about 1/3 of Amazon’s price.

I used Suncore’s organic white chia seeds to make chia pudding for our annual office bake off. Everyone loved it and I won 1st place! These chia seeds are amazing to make chia pudding with as they are so fresh and the white color makes the dish look more appetixinfg compared to the black or brown chia. Then I added some fruit and seeds as a topping and voila. Everyone raved about it and couldn’t stop eating them. It’s also a very healthy and low sugar snack. Couldn’t recommend this product more.

These are micro sized chia seeds, much smaller than any I’ve ever seen before. This makes them blend better in smoothies. My husband always disliked chia seeds because they stuck to the sides of the blender and made it hard to clean, but he likes these.
