To put it simply, I feel these capsules are doing what I expected of them!You get 90 small, easy to swallow capsules and take 2 daily to get a slew of hair, nails and skin vital nutrients. Aging takes a toll on ALL of those so it’s a no brainer for me to look to ways to ensure those systems get what they need. There have been no unexpected or unpleasant side effects for me, just me feeling that Im enjoying faster and more vital growth than I was a month ago. In fact, pictured here is my second bottle of this biotin formula. As soon as I ran low I ordered again! You can look over the extensive nutritive ingredients list, that’s a lot of good stuff in two small capsules! Other ingredients include; rice flour, fish product of various sources and coconut components for those who may have sensitivities.
