It works, get it!
This tea is really good. The morning tea truly gives me energy, and appetite control. If I have with my breakfast, im not hungry again until dinner. The night time does make you go, but without the cramps. Very gradual and natural.

Works great but bags are cheap
The tea itself tastes great and works. The only downside is that the bags holding the leaves are kind of cheap so you do get lots of leaves in your tea.

Terrible stomach pain
Its only been about 4 days of use…ive had no change in energy and this morning after having the night time cup lastnight i had the worst stomach ache right before work and almost thought id have to stay home but thank God after about 15 mins it went away…that alone makes me not want another sip it was so painfull my husband noticed i was in pain even though i didnt even tell him he could tell . i will not be ordering again sorry.

Tastes great
I want to start off by saying I love these tea’s! Did they make me lose weight? No. Did they help/assist me lose weight? Yes.First, I’ve always had problems with bloating anytime I eat, and constipation. But with these, I’m going about 2-3 times daily! It also really helps with bloating.2nd, I used to drink a glass of wine a night to “relax” but now my hot night time tea is all I need! The taste is delicious and the warmth relaxes me!Lastly.. I think these tea’s changed my mindset of losing weight so of course to “help them” I make sure to get my daily walks!So in conclusion, yes, these helped me lose weight as it helps me go to the bathroom, convinced me to stop drinking, and convinced me to walk. But do I think these actually caused weight loss? Unfortunately no. I love these though and I am a forever buyer!

Toe my stomach up!
The cramps are horrible! Tow my stomach up daily, had me running to the bathroom. I wanted to like it because I did feel a increase in energy and the night tea is very good and relaxing however, it’s not worth it.. plus no refund, couldn’t finish the tea.

Holistic PCOS- A new Start!
UPDATE: after 4 months of no period I started taking this tea religiously. I stoped eating gluten and started walking more, I have had every cycle since! It’s truly amazing! I know it’s not just the tea but the tea started it all. It got me in a better mood and I could think clearly. It deserves the 5 star rating!Can’t give it exactly 5 stars or lower because I just received my package yesterday and I’ve only started the first day.I am new into my holistic PCOS journey. I bought these specifically to give me a solid detox before following my new 4 weeks plan from the book “The holistic PCOS healing bible”.I am currently 2weeks late from my typical 40 day cycle. I started this tea last night and I woke up having to use the restroom. I also started cramping like I’m going to finally start my period.If I see aunt flow after using this tea 1 time, it’s already a 5 in my book. By no means is this a tea for pcos! But I thought personally it would be a good start to clear my system!
