True to their name! I have been taking these for a few weeks now and notice a good boost in stamina at work as I usually start to get tired around noon. With these I power through noon without feeling much fatigue. After work I like to get in the gym and will take a capsule on my way there. In the gym I notice an increase in vascularity and circulation as my pumps & strength are amazing! I bought this for several reasons. I was tired of feeling sluggish throughout the day, I wanted something to give me a kick in the ass to workout, and I was looking for more blood flow below the belt.I will say, I did feel an energy boost and I was less hesitant to start on taxing tasks.However, that was the only benefit I noticed. I mainly had negative experiences with this. I took it for three days at the recommended two pills in the morning. Within 30 minutes, my stomach was rolling like I’d taken a laxative. I’d spend a decent amount of time in the morning on the toilet afraid to get up. Once I finally felt comfortable enough to get off of the toilet, I would have a decent energy boost. It was like a micro dose of speed really. However, by 11 a.m, I would feel extremely nauseous and dizzy. I would stop what I was doing, force myself to eat, and then run back to the bathroom.As far as below the belt perks, I couldn’t tell you honestly. I’m not sure that three days is an ample amount of time for something like that.I honestly would like to try it again, seeing as how it’s not returnable, but I’m just not sure.

This performance booster has helped me in every physical aspect in life. I had entered a sluggish lazy phase of just laying around the couch and getting fat. This booster has helped me get my butt off the couch and get active. Although, I am not very active, for an old man 20-30minutes of extra activity a day is very noticeable and can be life changing. I feel better about myself, I get much better sleep at night and my body aches less from being more active.
