    Thigh Master workout.
Great quality, instructions easy to understand, padding is comfortable, size a little big for storing when not in use, the strength adjustment knob is a great addition, and the value is on point.Exercise your thighs while WFH!

    Comfortable Beginner Thigh Master
This thigh master is a good beginner exercise equipment item. The pads are very soft and comfortable, so there is no leg or thigh pain while exercising. But, I also feel that there is not much resistance using this item except on the highest resistance settings. I appreciate having a knob to turn to adjust for customized resistance, but do wish that there were just specific levels like 1-10. I am keeping this thigh master in a workout bag at work and if I need to fold the thigh master, I will lose the resistance setting I previously had. So, I wish that if there were not specific workout levels to choose from that there was a release button or something to help fold the thigh master for transport while not losing the resistance setting. I would also have loved seeing a digital display to keep up with reps. I had thought the black sticker on the front of the thigh master might have been a rep counter, but it is not. It is just a large sticker. Overall, this is a comfortable beginner thigh master to work on my thighs and glutes and it will last me longer before needing a more powerful one by upping the reps. I gave it four stars for being attractively colored, soft and comfortable, and it scored well as a beginner’s thigh master.

Light Resistance and Smooth Motion create A Casual Fitness Tool for All Ages
I picked this up on promotion, mostly with my wife in mind, but I was curious to try it myself. It’s become more of an “anytime” exercise tool in our household, living in the living room rather than the home gym. Everyone can use it, including our young daughters, which makes it a versatile and family-friendly addition to our daily routines. The device advertises 25 lbs of tension, but that figure feels optimistic. The resistance is light, and there’s minimal difference between the easiest and most difficult settings. What does change is the distance between the pads before resistance engages, which slightly alters the feel of the motion. I’d describe it as “distance adjustable” rather than truly “weight adjustable.”In terms of quality, the build is solid for the price and it arrives completely assembled so you can use it right out of the box. The pads are soft and comfortable, and the motion is smooth, no pinching, slipping, or awkward angles. It’s compact enough to store easily or even leave out without cluttering a room, making it ideal for small spaces or shared living areas.Functionally, it’s best suited for light toning, pelvic floor support, or casual movement throughout the day. It’s not a sweat-inducing workout tool, but it’s not trying to be. For beginners, postpartum recovery, or anyone looking to stay gently active, it fits the bill.3 stars overall. I’m removing two stars for their false descriptors. The optimistic “25 pounds of tension,” and the misleading “weight adjustable” claim. It’s a useful tool, just not as intense or adjustable as advertised.

East To Use and Great For Beginners
This thigh master is a great way to start a workout routine. It’s super easy to use, and the adjustable resistance makes it perfect for beginners. The soft pads are comfortable, and it targets the inner thighs, glutes, and pelvic floor muscles really well. Simple, effective, and a great addition to any home workout setup.

Comfy to use but not really enough tension
I wish this could be adjusted to provide a bit more resistance. When it says in the title that it’s for beginners, it REALLY means it. Still, I’ve managed to get a decent nearly full-body workout basically by using this as a fidget tool. Whenever I start to get antsy, I do a few minutes with this thing. I brought it to work with me and have used it in my office while doing desk work. I’ve also used it at home while watching tv or listening to podcasts/audiobooks, so it’s easy to work in a few reps, as long as you keep it handy. To get any real use out of it, you’ll have to do a LOT of reps, though. It’s very comfy to use, at least. I sometimes have some difficulty keeping it from sliding out of place, depending upon what I’m wearing. (It’s better at staying put with skin contact rather than clothing contact.

    Perfect for beginners
This cute pink thigh exerciser is pretty neat. It is fairly small and doesn’t take up a lot of real estate, which is nice. There really wasn’t much, if anything to assemble, which was nice because there really aren’t any instructions. From old commercials for the original thigh exerciser I figure that there’s really only one main maneuver to do with it. Perhaps YT has some creative types that have figured out all sorts of new excercises this can be used for.Resistance is good enough for me, since I’m a beginner, and anything with much more resistance than a newspaper rubberband will probably render me unable to walk for a while. I need to start off slow. This will do me for quite a while before I “outgrow” it, if I ever do.Quality is okay. It’s cute looking, but pretty plasticky. I think it will hold up to the exercises it is designed to do.The padding on the thigh paddles is comfortable and also makes it look like a nice piece of equipment.Functionally, this thigh exerciser does its job. I know a lot of folks will think it’s winky, but this is just right for me.Recommended for beginners.

  7. M&M’s Real Reviews

I am always on a lookout for new ways I can utilize to improve my body, with the help of exercise tools and not bulky equipment. This little thigh master- for beginners, caught my attention and I feel it was worth to test for effectiveness and performance.Upon first impression, I absolutely love the dusty pink color, and the size of this little thigh master. I can store it anywhere and it won’t take up much space. I just store it under my couch, and can grab it easily to use, even when watching my favorite show. I also like that it has a tension dial, in the thigh trainer, which allows me to adjust easily the tension preference. I adjusted it to the highest setting and it was just right for me. The high density memory foam cushions felt so comfortable on my thighs and I felt the movements work on my inner thigh muscles. It is not an extreme workout, but it works for me and feels great too, as I do it all throughout the day and don’t get sick of it. I truly do enjoy using it and will continue to monitor further results, over time of usage.Overall, this is a great quality thigh master, that is convenient to have, small in size, cute color, and super comfortable. It makes no sound when using it, so it’s not annoying and the dial is great too, which easily adjusts resistance. The resistance could be a bit stronger, but at the highest level, it still works for me. I do consistent reps throught the day and it does make my muscles work and is giving me a nice, thigh workout. I like it and do recommend. All the best. 🫶✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️💕

This works as expected. It’s definitely for beginners, I like that you can increase the resistance but it isn’t very significant if this is a regular muscle you work on. It’s nice for between workouts though if you need something. Might also be good while in physio and getting back into working out from an injury or something.I don’t find that it slips too much, but the odd time if I’m not paying attention it might slip or pop off a bit. It’s very easy to use in my opinion. The padding works so that it doesn’t hurt the inside of your thighs.I can definitely feel it working the muscle, I don’t think it’s the only thing that you should use if you’re trying to tone your muscles, but it can definitely help get some strength back I think. Not bad! Like that its easy to store and doesn’t take up a ton of space.

  9. Canadian Shopper

Although I understand this was for beginners, it would be nice to have some levels of resistance you can progress through. If you cross your legs or sit with your ankles crossed, this is the level of resistance the lowest setting feels like. There isn’t much resistance between there and the highest setting, compare it to lightly pressing your knees together.Although tons of repetition may circumvent the fact it doesn’t have too much resistance, I was expecting slightly more. The appearance is nice, if you want a pretty piece of exercise equipment with some nice padding this is it. Although the pads are a bit slippery, they’re very comfortable.Overall I think for the quality I’d pay around $20 for it. If you can invest a little more and get a device with a greater degree of resistance to work your way through over a longer period of time, that would be my recommendation.

Training the pelvic floor is supposed to be important so I really wanted to try this one out. It has a nice shade of pink and has a very comfortable foam cushion so that your thighs won’t hurt while using. It has a screw that can be tightened to increase the intensity of the workout. Otherwise, it’s fairly straight forward to use and is a little similar to the abductor machines at the gym. It’s good for beginners and I felt it after a couple of sets. Will continue to use.

  11. BGR

This thigh master works fine for beginners but doesn’t provide very strong resistance for more advanced users. The padding is comfortable and doesn’t dig into the skin. It’s lightweight and easy to adjust, but the tension can feel uneven at times. Good for light toning, pelvic floor exercises, and recovery workouts. The build is okay, though not extremely sturdy. A reasonable choice for gentle strengthening, but not ideal for intense training.
