As an old Gen Xer who had one of the original ones, I like this design much better and find it easier to use. Its ergonomic design focuses on strengthening inner thighs, hips, and pelvic floor muscles with precision and comfort.The resistance is well-calibrated, allowing for gradual progression without strain. The handles are adjustable for a firm, comfortable grip, and the lightweight design makes it easy to store or travel with. Regular use noticeably improves muscle tone, flexibility, and balance.This also comes with a really nice, free set of graduated resistance bands to help tone your legs even faster or to work your arms while you use the Thigh Master for your legs. I won’t set foot in a gym so this set is an excellent addition to my home workout routine.     It functions ok but need to explore the best way to use it
    I’m experiencing issues with the LED display; it only counts intermittently, even after a full charge. The trainer is easy to use when lying down, but its weight causes it to drop when I try to use it in a sitting or standing position, forcing me to hold it steady by hand. However, the cushion itself is very comfortable and doesn’t irritate the skin.

    It’s alright
    I can definitely feel it working my inner tights but I will say that it tends to slide around because the pads where your thighs go only move in a circle! It would be better if it moved more freely to stay connected to your body! Edit a couple days later the counter is hit or miss!

    Easy home workout
    Great for a quick workout while watching TV. The thigh master provides good resistance for nonathletic people like myself, who hate going to the gym as well. You get a good burn after doing a few rounds. As for the resistance bands, thinnest bands work well but have a bit of rolling and sliding up your legs and arms since the X-light and light resistance bands are quite thin. I wouldn’t bother trying those ones for an arm exercise because they immediately slide up and roll, pulling your arm hair along with it in the process. Best to place the lighter resistance ones directly above the knees while sitting on a chair for resistance exercises. The rest of the heavier bands stay put and work as expected with both arms and legs. Easy to do at your leisure for a nice light workout

    This is a nice piece of equipment.
    To be honest, I was told that most lower back pain comes from the lack of strength in the glutes and the pelvic floor area. While I know this is used for postpartum rehab, I thought it would strengthen my pelvic area. It does work, but I don’t think it’s meant to be an “exercise” piece for my purpose. So my review will be about the build of the item. It is well, made, the counter that counts how many times you squeeze is nice. What I liked about it to, it’s like a whole set. If the equipment itself is less use to me, I am able to use all the other things that come with it like the bands etc…. overall, well made, nicely packaged. What I also really like about it is that it comes with a bag and overall a complete kit.

    This is the best thigh master type I have used great for the larger thigh
    This is one of the best thigh masters I have tried. I have large thighs, and this one fits well, doesn’t slip off or pinch. You can use it to work the arms and chest, but I am only using it for my thighs. I can feel it working in my hip area, which is a plus, as I have a weak lower back, and this has helped strengthen those muscles. There is a digital display to track your workout, but I am not tracking. Included are resistance bands, which are very nice; they do work great, but I am not using resistance bands frequently at this time.

    I have endometriosis and I find this item to dig into your body. Not comfortable to use by any means. I also have fibromyalgia and I find it impossible.

    The equipment itself is surprisingly strong and well-made. The material feels durable, and you can use it for both leg and arm workouts, I’ve mainly used it for thigh and leg training, and it definitely activates the muscles.My only issue is with the resistance bands. The thickest one feels more like a medium resistance and is lighter than expected. If you’re a beginner, it will be perfect, but if you want something more challenging, you may outgrow the bands quickly.Overall, great build quality, easy to use and useful for daily lower-body exercises. I just wish the resistance bands were stronger.

    The exerciser was easy to assemble and has good resistance, so I think will be very useful. I have only used it once, so can’t comment on long term use. It seems good and sturdy, though slightly “plasticky”. The only thing I’d like to have seen, is better exercise instructions. They are just in writing on a tiny piece of paper and simple, so will have to go and see if I can find something online instead.

    Its ok… the counter doesnt work at all on the thigh trainer but otherwise its got good resistance settings and is more comfortable to use than the traditional thigh trainers.the abdominal band…. maybe im just completely handless, but i found it impossible to actually use without the help of another person due to the length… and also the velcro is terrible so it doesnt stick – thankfully, i didn’t buy this for the band so its not too big a deal.the resistance bands and the exercises in the info leaflet are good though :)all in all a decent buy but if the counter is super important to you then I would look for something else
