Trace Minerals brand has been around for at least 35 years or longer and has a phenomenal reputation. This Electrolyte Stamina product gave me the endurance that I needed when I was in a slump. The ingredients helped to get me back on track. I have more energy and alertness, and generally just feel better. The leg cramps I was getting a few times a week are gone and have not come back. The tablets are easy to swallow, best taken with room-temperature water.

Lately my stamina has been very low. I’m 75 and a Hemorrhagic sytroke survivor. Lately I’ve been having trouble staying awake. I’ve also been having night leg cramps. My daughter suggested trying this stuff. I started taking the tablets about a week ago and I already see a big difference. I have much more energy, I’m walking faster and farther. Haven’t had any leg cramps in days and the other day I woke up at 6am and went to bed at 2am after watching a movie on TV. I actually stayed awake for 20 hours straight. Haven’t done that in years. I’m sold.

Even my expired pills work great.
Keeps cramps at bay. Even my old expired bottle – pills were all but powder since I drove with the container in a jostling jeep in the outback. But what pills were salvageable, they still worked to head off cramping.Bought a new bottle for my husband. He cramped and within minutes his cramps went away. Excelente producto de hidratación tomo una pastilla antes de empezar mi entrenamiento de 21 kilómetros cabe señalar que vivo en una zona de mucho calor y humedad desde muy temprano ente 25 y 27 C° por la madrugada y 96 % de humedad igual soy una persona que suda mucho. Tomo cuatro pastillas durante el entrenamiento casa 6. 5 Kilómetros hasta terminado mi entrenamiento, durante el entrenamiento tomo al rededor de 1.5 a 2 litros de agua.Espero sea de utilidad está información, saludos.
