Excellent Light Therapy Lamp. A Winter Essential!
I’ve had this light for a full year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite purchases. The design is sleek and thin, and the stand folds flat right into the device, making it super easy to store or travel with huge plus.I bought it in October 2024 and started using it right away during my early morning coffee routine. I keep it on the side table while I relax around 4 AM, and even 15 minutes a day makes a noticeable difference. Sometimes I leave it on longer while finishing my coffee either way, it sets a great tone for the day.I started using it again early this year (October 2025) because I remembered how much it improved my mood last winter. I’ve also been working on improving my vitamin D levels which have always been low and I truly believe that combining this light with my Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 supplement has helped me beat the winter blues.The light has held up perfectly after a year. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and the quality still feels brand new. Some reviewers mentioned it gets hot, but I haven’t noticed that at all. One note: the controls are touch-style, not physical buttons, but they’re responsive and easy to use.Overall: A+ for price, design, and performance. I only use it in the winter, but I have no doubt it would last through daily use year-round. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make dark mornings a little brighter!Sometimes with products like this, you wonder if they really work or if it’s just in your head. Effective!
I’m very surprised that this actually works. I’ve always had trouble sleeping and when my doctor suggested I have a sleeping disorder I decided to do what I can to help correct that. Research suggested I use this to help correct my circadian rhythm. I wake up before the sun comes out and can’t get that “sunlight within an hour of waking” that’s suggested so this light provides that. I’ve noticed on days that I use it I do wake up easier and stay awake easier. It get very bright!! It’s lightweight and portable. It’s also very affordable. I highly recommend trying this if you struggle with sleeping or waking up.

Pretty good, minor updates to be made
The product is definitely very bright. The cons for now are that it’s not wireless and that I have to connect it to a USB-C when I want to use it, I tend to move around in the morning throughout my apartment so it’s not convenient having it in one spot. Also the buttons are activated by touch so it can be hard to locate them to turn on and off the device since the light is so bright. The lamp doesn’t get hot, is a good size, looks sleek, and so far is stable. I wish the light was warmer rather than a colder color. So far it’s working well but it will take a while until I can tell if my mood is improving. I’ve used it twice and think there is a potential increase in my mood.

Lasted over four years — great quality!
I bought this in October of 2021; it’s now April of 2025. My lamp just now stopped staying on, so I’m buying another of the exact same. I’ve LOVED this lamp. It has helped me get through the cold months living in Michigan and Massachusetts when I am prone to seasonal depression and anxiety. It’s also the best price for a great quality. I try to use it for at least 30 minutes in the morning when I’m starting work.

Okay, it’s btight, but 10,000 Lux is usually stated as being at a particular distance and I cannot find that specified, as would be useful in Seasonal Affect Disorder. It makes me wonder why. But, given that I’m 12 to 14 inches from it for a half hour, and believing in the lasting good will of people wanting to above all else, sell me something, I hope I am fortunate in backing the right horse with this purchase. It is remarkably more affordable than all the $100 plus lights out there. That does make me suspicious. I’d be ecstatic if I knew I’m not being played. Again. Built in timer is a plus!

NOT Actually 10k Lux; Not bright enough for light therapy or a mood improvement.
This is a 10w lamp with a diffuse panel. I’ll spare you the math, but at the efficiency of LEDs, it simply isn’t possible for it to produce anywhere near 10,000 Lux at any reasonable distance. I measured less than 3,000 lux at under 6 inches, which is 1) an uncomfortable distance to use a daylight lamp at, and 2) still not bright enough to produce an effect in under an hour of use per day. In other words, any improvement in mood or health this lamp produces is pure placebo. This is a bright, diffuse LED lamp with a built-in timer that uses USB type-c power. It is NOT a daylight therapy lamp. Horrible value for money if that’s what you want, and a waste of space. Will be returning.
