Muy buen suplemento nutricional, había usado antes BCAA , contiene los aminoácidos esenciales para la formación de la proteínas necesarias que cumplen la función de restaurar los músculos y energía , este realmente funciona , luego de jornadas de trabajo o de entrenamiento no está demás ayudar al organismo a recuperarse un poco . Los aminoácidos son precursores de macromoléculas en este caso las proteínas , no dudaría en volver a comprarlo recomendado 💯

Where’s the Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine?
No where on the bottle does it say Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, just 2:1:1 implying Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine so I’m skeptical but these are otherwise great- finally bcaa in a gummy that I can enjoy taking. Ordered another brand due to my skepticism but the other brand cost more, requires 8 gummies per serving and hasn’t arrived yet (slow shipping 😑). These ones taste good, not great but I personally don’t like peach flavor. These are way better than any bcaa drink mix I’ve ever had.

Gummies over powder
You should know what BCAAs are if you are looking at this item. My workout partner, ok legally “my wife”, and I have taken Aminos for years. I am excellent at taking them as part of my routine. However, my spotter… I mean my wife (I keep doing that) says that powders mixed with waters are “gross”. She is in the medical profession so I’m pretty sure that is a technical term. She has taken these without complaint. I have not had to sneak them into her wine. Wait, I would never do that.Oh yeah, they taste good as well.

Inconsistent coloring?
The first order I made they were a faded dingy yellow. The 2nd time I ordered they were brought yellow… Which one should I be concerned about?

Undesirable taste beware!
taste like s spoiled candy or food, and has some powdery textures covering, yuk. trying to return it at least but to no avail, so disappointed.
