I’m on month 5 of this collagen powder. I wanted to wait a few months before I left a review because I heard that the effects don’t start taking place for a couple months. This stuff is amazing. The price is fantastic compared to other brands that have less grams of collagen. A lot of people don’t realize you need at least 20g of collagen to be the most effective. I started out taking two scoopfuls for the 20grams. I probably only missed a few days out of several months while I was taking it. After month 3 I can noticed the changes in my hair, nails and skin. For my skin, it’s more even toned and seems to have plumped up my fine lines. I’m only 41 and don’t have a lot of wrinkles but it did help smooth out my skin. My hair didn’t get thicker but it got longer! My hair has never grown past my shoulders and not its past my armpit. This is the longest my hair has ever been! My nails aren’t thicker but they grew. I always have my nails painted so there is a lot of abuse to my nails and they just don’t grow but now my fingernails look fake. Before I only had to cut my toenails every 5 months but now I need to cut them once a month. Just be patient when starting out because it will take your body awhile to soak it all in. I don’t have any pain anywhere so I can’t atest to pain relief.The taste: I actually like it. It’s hard to explain but there’s really no taste. But that no-taste, tastes good lol. The taste is so mild that I don’t even have to mix it with anything. The glass in my picture is exactly how I drink it. (It looks kinda cloudy green in the pic for some reason but it’s actually a cloudy clearish white. I barely fill up the glass and dump in my two scoops. Use warm water so it’s dissolves well. I stir it for about 10 secs and it’s dissolved. I take it down in one drink. It’s not thick, chunky or gritty. It’s just smooth.I definitely, 100 percent, recommend this brand. I’ll be ordering pack number 6 in a month. It lasts me about a month. You will see a difference, just don’t give up and stick with it!

This is the first time I tried this brand of protein. It has no taste as I purchased the unflavored one and it dissolves quickly and completely with out much stirring. Good product for the price, will buy again.

I could notice the difference after a week. It really helps relieve pain and stiffness in your joints and softens crepey skin. Nails and hair grow faster.

I’m almost done my 5th tub of this collagen and I love it. My skin is softer, healthier and firmer, my hair is smoother, healthier and softer, my knees creak less lol and the frown line between my eyebrows which I’ve had most my life is almost gone. It dissolves well in coffee and is flavourless. I’m so happy with this product. I highly recommend it!

Been putting this thing in a pre-workout protein shake. Been feeling kinda squeaky in my knees past few months climbing stairs etc, and it’s already feeling much better. Definitely feeling like I’ve got an edge in my workouts and runs as well. Mixes really well in shakes and water, no lumps. Skin feels tighter and fresher under my eyes compared to before. At this price, you can’t go wrong for the volume and quality.

The only thing I didn’t like was the seam around the lid. Normally I can pry up a piece of the plastic seam and peel it off all the way around, but upon prying, the plastic stabbed me under my thumbnail and then broke. I then had to remove the rest of the seam with a paring knife.The powder itself is odourless, tasteless, and a must-have. I’ve been using collagen peptides for about 5 weeks and at 52, I no longer have aches and pains post-menopause. I feel like I’m 32 again. Nails are stronger and shinier, skin is smoother, and my once-thinning hair is coming back stronger and thicker. This brand is just as good as the blue canister that costs $30 more. Highly recommend.

This is the first time using this brand of Collagen. I usually blend it in my orange juice. This particular brand does not even blend in a warm coffee. It clumps up and sticks to the side of the cup. It makes it very difficult and frustrating to make it. This is something I do every morning and not something I want to struggle with. The price isn’t great. I thought I would try one that seemed to offer more would give me greater benefits. So far I feel the same benefit but time will tell.
