It works!
Just started using this a couple of days ago but so far it’s so much better than any other ice products I’ve used. The full knee wrap, including the behind the knee cold pack, is so effective at reducing the heat and swelling. Good quality materials, seems very well made, very sticky closures. More effective than the typical single gel pack, by far, at reducing pain quickly.

Essential for Post-Op Knee Replacement Recovery!!!
The recovery tool I wish I had for my previous full knee replacement! I have now had both knees fully replaced. My first recovery was good, and I diligently rotated ice treatments as directed, using reusable ice bags from the hospital and typicalgel packs wrapped in towels as we did for our kids’ sports injuries. After my 2nd full knee replacement my orthopedic surgeon emphasized being especially diligent about rotating ice to reduce swelling and promote healing, and suggested looking for a wraparound because behind the knee tissue is important, too. This knee wrap is OUTSTANDING! I have also purchased a gel replacement pack (comes with 3 packs) so I do 15 minutes on/off many times during the day and don’t have long stretches without icing. I am 3 weeks out from surgery and healing is going GREAT! My mobility is ahead of the norm, pain and swelling reduced, my doc was thrilled! This wrap has really changed my recovery experience – a game changer well worth the cost. I got the black with turquoise trim, which looks quite snazzy – my PT doc was super impressed and took down the info intending to purchase several for herself and her practice. Very durable so far, three weeks of daily heavy use and pack rotation to the freezer;Gel packs have a heavy-duty covering so no punctures or failures. Fits well, super adjustable with 4 straps which ensure a snug fit all around; one is longer for the thigh (which fits my plus-size thigh area). I use a 6” Ace bandage wrap or a 12” gentle compression sleeve underneath to ensure the right level of chill is hitting the surgical areas without over-chilling. Portable, stretchy, easy to use. LOVE THIS!!

The best ice pack I have found!!!
I have had many different types but this one is the best I have found! Easy to use great coverage of both the top bottom and back of my knee. The Velcro is great quality if other reviews say different they’re not using it correctly. I don’t need to pull the ice bags out to freeze just fit to the curve of your knee (I leave mine on for 25 min) take off keeping the form of my knee put it in the freezer take it out the next time and fits right back. If I have to adjust the ice pads you can gently reform it. Just be careful when u put back in the freezer and it will fit right back into place. A couple said it froze like a rock that would only happen if your freezer is set to cold. I’ve tried over 15 different products and this has the best fit quality and the Velcro is top notch!!! If you take care of it and don’t just yank it off it will last a long time!Great product guys

Cold, cold, crazy cold
Excellent ice wrap for knees. The wrap fits any size knee with 4 Velcro straps. The wrap comes with 3 gel packs. I bought 3 extra packs so I could use them after one set was no longer cold enough. They freeze up pretty quickly in the freezer. This was extremely helpful to me after my partial knee replacement surgery.

Useful when I was recoving from knee-replacement surgery. Keeping your knee iced is key to reducing swelling, increasing your mobility, and decreasing recovery time. I bought two of these so when I using one the other would be cooling down in the freezer. I do feel they provided some relief from post surgery pain and swelling, but in my experiencer they cooling effect did not last long enough. Perhaps they need to add more gel or a different gel formulation. On the other hand they were easy to apply and (mostly) stayed in place when I needed to move with the cold pack on. They seem well made and had plenty of life left in them after I no longer needed them.

Great Product-it works!
Great product. I put this to the test prior to my total knee replacement. Gel packs were in the freezer for 24 hours, then put packs in wrap and tightened wrap around knee. (I had on a pair of denim jeans under the wrap). Circumference around my kneecap was 17 inches and wrap covered entire knee-front & back. After 1 hour the wrap was still cold & skin was red and felt very cold (I know don’t leave on skin for more than 20 min but wanted to see how packs performed). Wrap has a tendency to slip down if walking-perhaps I didn’t have velcro tight enough. The wrap is well made. If you need extra ice packs so you always have cold ones ready to go consider buying 2 complete wraps with included gel packs which at the time of this writing cost $59.99. A single compete wrap with 3 gel packs cost $32.99. Whereas extra gel packs (3) alone cost $22.99. Do the math and it’ll cost you $4.01 more for two compete wraps so you can toss the entire extra wrap in the freezer with gel packs already installed and not have to mess with taking out the thawed packs and install cold ones.

Best ice/ heat pack
This works very well for compression and the adjustment ability is great too. I had a big baker’s cyst and torn meniscus this Velcro’s making it convenient and easy to use.I also have been using it daily after surgery and Physical Therapy to reduce swelling.I highly recommend.

This is a truly fantastic ice pack for knee injuries. I first bought this when I fell skiing. Was originally told I had a bad contusion of my knee- (turned out i’d actually completely torn my ACL and had partial tear on my MCL but didn’t find out til 9 months after injury.) So I bought this at the time of the injury a truly it helped me get through the acute phase of the injury. Then when I finally had the reconstruction surgery I had this ice pack and a spare set of ice packs ready and waiting. Meant I could use it and then swap to the 2nd set if I needed it longer. But it meant I could use it to go to sleep and have another ready to use after morning physio and throughout the day.The design of having 3 seperate ice packs 2 to cover the front and sides of knee and the 3rd to comfortably hug the back of you knee, isFantastic. I loved this ice pack so much. I even sent one to a family member who had the same injury and again they were blown away that you could wrap the whole knee up in its icey coolness! Truly such a relief.I can not recommend this enough! Buy a spare set of ice packs so you can swap them and always have a set of cool packs ready to use in the freezer.
