I am in love with these! Going to buy more soon! The taste is nice and not too strong. No stomach upset at all. They are not used for pain relief. But my muscles feel fine using the product. I feel good taking it. They last decent if you do a few a week or so as far as longevity.

I’ve been using Waterboy hydration supplement for a while now, and it’s honestly made a big difference in how I stay hydrated throughout the day. It mixes easily in water and tastes great — not too sweet or artificial like some other supplements I love that it tastes salty so much. Perfect for workouts, long days, or just staying refreshed.I feel more energized and less sluggish, especially during busy or hot days. Effective electrolyte packets but a little salty & pricy
Ordered this to help with general hydration during pregnancy & to hopefully help with morning sickness associated. Can’t say it helped the morning sickness but was palatable enough and does have a large amount of electrolytes. As some have said it is a little salty but some flavors cover that better than others. (I thought the grape was pretty good but lemon was really salty). It does dissolve easily in 40 oz of water, I didn’t try to add it to a smaller quantity as I was trying to boost overall hydration. Packets are convenient, but I thought the product overall is a little pricy for the quantity. Would still consider buying again if I had need.

Horrible taste with no return policy
This is a genuine and honest review. Due to being denied a refund, I felt the need to inform everyone of how salty and gross this product tastes. I had high hopes for this product. I will be going on a cruise and know there will be lots of drinking involved, so I purchased these to hopefully help with hydration and recovery. After sampling just one of the fruit punch packets, I was absolutely shocked at how salty and terrible the drink tasted. The flavor had the tiniest hint of watered down fruit followed by unbearable saltiness. My friend took one sip and couldn’t drink any more. The only way I was able to finish mine was to plug my nose while drinking it. I even used the full amount of water (32 oz) to make it “less salty” as the package instructed, and whisked it together in a pitcher beforehand. I have a very strong stomach and I’m not a picky eater but this was downright disgusting. I’ve never had a drink make me feel nauseous before, but I guarantee if I tried to drink this after a night of drinking, I would have thrown up. The point of this review was not to be rude. I hope to make people aware that you need to sample this product before purchasing. I’m disappointed that I can’t return it and get my money back.

if u have pots the amount of sodium is amazing but also the taste is hard to get over cos it has this weird bad aftertaste that makes it jusf so hard to keep drinking

BEST option for POTS!
I have POTS, which means I have to have an insane amount of salt + electrolytes every day just to function. I have tried every powdered hydration packet under the sun, and Waterboy is my favorite by far. The flavor is great, and it has a higher salt content than anything else I have found. The added other vitamins and minerals are also greatly beneficial and actually help improve hydration. I appreciate the variety that comes in this package, and the flavors are unique for the market. Very glad I tried these! Even though they are a little on the pricy side, I think the benefits are worth it overall.
