Zena Greens has quickly become one of my favorite daily wellness supplements (I’ve tried many). Each serving delivers 7g of supergreens with 70+ superfoods, plus 3g of fiber, which makes it feel like a truly complete blend. Wow! These are way more affordable than AG1, and they are Organic Certified, Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and SUGAR FREE! They even taste great, and don’t use any artificial sweeteners like aspartame or Sucralose.They are packed full of superfoods and antioxidants, that benefit your entire body. 70+ of them! Including adaptogen herbs like ashwaganda and maca, and adaptogen mushrooms, like lions, maitake, shitake, cordyceps, turkey tail, and chaga! I don’t know any other product really that has ashwaganda/maca, and adaptogen mushrooms all in the same product, plus hydration, fiber, protein, and blue green algae’s like spirulina, and chlorella! If you are using a one a day vitamin, or non whole food based supplement you are doing it all wrong! Make the switch to a quality whole food supplement and you will see and feel the difference!Zena Supergreens are an amazing health hack for your Gut. We need 25+ fruits and vegetables each week for biodiversity in our guts. This can help combat the Industrialized gut problem we have around the world. Helping eradicate immune diseases and even allergies, improving the gut microbiome!I’ve noticed less allergy symptoms since using Zena Supergreens, More Energy, Improved well being and mood, Improved regularity, and my skin is healthier!Most days I actually mix a shot of my Zena Liquid collagen with a stick my my Supergreens or all together in a smoothie. Wow! Just wow!!!
I thought I might mention I’m a former AG1 customer of a few dedicated years😉Then I realized as clean as we eat & excise, we only felt the need to stick with our Nordic Naturals Omega w/D3 vitamins and their B Complex vitamins, along with Vitamin C, for what it’s worth; not sure much in relation to this product. I have diverticulosis with severe diverticulitis flares which create a lot of issues with going #2🤪(Not to mention hemorrhoids due to carrying a 10+lb baby boy, my dad was 13 lbs! And, three out of four of us girls each had a 10 pounder😱) Anyway, my gut has been a challenge most of my adulthood (I’m sixty now). For about fifteen years (ages 30-45) Metamucil daily completely resolved my issues and then one day, it just stopped helping??? Based on a very recent recommendation from my MIL I decided to try Zena. Wholly cow! I’m seven days in and it’s been life changing getting things moving and not in a crazy way either😁 I couldn’t believe it but I could tell from the get-go it was working or doing something because I did have tummy noises but no discomfort. Then there’s also been a little “fluffing” which honestly is out of the ordinary for me. However! I’ve been “regular” every single day since drinking this. I’m soooo darn happy and all my body parts are thanking me 👏😉I really enjoy the Mango flavor. Kinda funny to me folks knit picking about grittiness & grassy flavor…not sure what they’re expecting, particularly if it’s organic🥴For something I believe is quite possibly bringing my microbiome back in balance, any of these things are a small price to pay considering how uncomfortable I’ve been😢 Also a great price point IMHO, convenient and flavor overall is good. The mango flavor from the sounds of overall descriptions is probably the middle of the road on sweetness of the three options. (I enjoyed AG1 & luv the company & all it represents but at nearly $90 a month per person, not to mention nearing retirement, I just don’t wanna be spending over $300 a month on sups we don’t need). AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, someone said on the packaging they tried to hide the fact it says it contains lead, THAT is UNTRUE. It doesn’t say that anywhere, I checked and rechecked.
