They are very strong and taste good to eat. They should not be take on an empty stomach. They really help with the immune system and help fight off colds and helps you fight them if you get a cold. Worth the price.

I trust my body and I find myself reaching for these randomly. I have no way to prove they are keeping me well. But I have felt run down on and off over the past several months with a slight soar throat and it never lasts more than the day I felt it coming on. I love the taste as well.

Easy way to get kid to take supplements
Despite numerous trips to the doc when my teenager started having skin issues and losing hair, the docs don’t always catch everything. When kids hit puberty their vitamin and mineral needs increase sharply for all the growing. Most kids start having skin and other zinc deficiency related symptoms but we don’t always recognize it.These have been a lifesaver. My kids’ skin and hair loss issues that plagued us for 2 years was finally resolved with simple zinc (and copper) supplementation. This product made getting our kids to take the supplements, easy.

I am never without these Zicam gummies. I work at a school and every time I feel like I have any sort of sickness coming on I take 2 or 3 of these and I swear they are like magic. I also proactively take these whenever I’m traveling and truly feel these give enough immune support that I don’t worry about picking up an illness. Please don’t ever discontinue this product! 🙂
