    Beautiful, Calming, Thoughtful
    The quality of this journal completely exceeded my expectations! It actually gives me a feeling of peace and tranquility as I hold it in my hands. I love the solid sturdiness of it. The feel of the cover is like a smooth canvas but is hard and sturdy. The pages are heavier grade and don’t bleed through. I love how it gives examples and explanations in the front of the journal to guide me so I don’t get overwhelmed by writing anxiety.All in all, this is a simple, well thought out, beautifully constructed journal – one I can’t wait to start using!

    Your own personal counselor!
    I’m not even remotely new to my own work in mental and emotional health practices, yet I do like a little guidance and structure to mix up my practice and work in this area. Many journals like this, therefore, seem a little too ‘entry level’ or just a collection of positive thinking quotes with some lines for writing and cute drawings.But this one is different!The written guidance portion is written in the author’s own voice, personally. So it feels very much like you have your own personal counselor that you are working with, as opposed to some generic and watered-down platitudes and direction. I might not have thought that would work for me, but it really does!The book itself is beautiful and very well made, the design of the internal pages is calm and directive without being cutesy or overtly new-agey. The background and instruction / guidance is just at the right level. There seems to be just the right amount of pages dedicated the the purpose sections the author intends.Highly recommend, would be a great gift (I’m actually thinking now about gifting one to my young-adult daughters), and I can’t wait to use it!

    BEST Prompted Mental Health Journal on the market.
    10/10 literally everything about this journal has been spectacular. The packaging, the quality, the colors, the size, the note from the author and all that she shares about her process of creating the journal. It is easy to follow with the prompts she’s placed within each page. It is really appealing to set on any coffee table or bedside nightstand. I am a week and a half into this journal and already am feeling much more grounded and clear. The emotion will has been a huge help at identifying deeper emotions. Thank you Julianna for creating such a purposeful and easy to use Journal. It is an incredible value.

    A beautiful wellness, mindfulness journal. Well written introduction and directions. The daily check ins and prompts are effective for helping one to hone in on feelings and emotions. The emotion wheel is lovely to help label a feeling text is a little small on that though. The rest of the journal text size is good. It gives good examples to get you writing freely, a little repetitive but still a great exercise in self exploration and growth. I don’t write everyday but in enjoying having this beautiful safe space to explore my feelings, understanding of self and growth.

    The journal is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased it. The quality is excellent ~ it feels like a book that will last forever as I use it to reflect and grow these next 90 days but also when I look back on this journey in the years to come. The beginning pages share helpful guides to reflection and how to get the most out of the journal. The design is calming and reflective of a journal meant to bring clarity and purpose. If you are looking for a quality journal that feels more like a book you will write for you – I highly recommend this journal.

    Getting Clear on Your WHY!
    What a beautifully designed daily journal. Julianna put much thought, energy and love into this creation. The layout of the journal is thought provoking in gently and calm way and guides you to whats next. I especially loved the getting clear on your way in order to start to prepave your days coming with intention. It is also a great space to hold your thought, feelings and actions and your growth all in one place. I love it!

    Lovely & Calming Journal with Clear Prompts
    The first thing I loved about this journal is that it came in a clear plastic sleeve, which most might overlook but it was shipped with a household cleaner that often leaks, so this extra detail by the author was such a nice touch! Of course the blue and metallic wave-like design on the beautiful fabric cover is immediately soothing. Journals with big blank pages are so intimidating to me that I never actually write in them. This journal has very clear and short daily prompts that take the overwhelm out of journaling. The dates are blank so no big deal if you skip a day or two! Mantra is a tool I use to soothe my anxiety and it is great that the author provides some to get you started to help people who may not be familiar with the practice. Love this journal!

    The journal is even better than I expected! The cover is made from material that feels like fabric with soothing ocean colours and shiny gold. It is a perfect size to carry around. Inside – the layout is very comprehensive to answer on prompts and still lots of space for extra thoughts. Two pages dedicated for one day and the spread is calming colors of blue. There are 4 sections in the journal so it is not the same everyday – you have opportunity for deeper inner work and release. I really love this journal as it can become healing key in my personal journey. I am looking to buy few more as a gift for my friends. Highly recommend it!

    The Breathe journal is beautiful, well organized and of high quality. It is divided into four sections. The first section is called “Finding out your why” in which you explore why you have started on this journalling journey and take a reading of your current challenges, emotions and bodily sensations. It includes a Responsibility v. Fault Circle and an Emotions Wheel. The Emotions Wheel is small but still quite readable. The daily check-ins in the Section 2 “Daily Journal Entries” gently prompt you to examine your emotional, physical and mental states. It helps one focus on the positive by having you choose a mantra for the day (suggestions listed in Section 4), say what you are grateful for, and determining ahead of time something you can do if you feel stressful or anxious during the day. This section also includes weekly mental health check-ins to help you reflect on how the week went and what patterns you may have noticed. Section 3 is blank, lined pages for you to freely “dump” your thoughts. This section could have included more blank pages. Section 4 is “Mantras and Affirmations” which offers suggestions for a daily mantra and spaces to write your own mantras and affirmations. The daily entries are not overwhelming, non-judgmental, positive and proactive. I think it will help one become more aware of one’s thoughts, feelings and bodily reactions to these thoughts and feelings. It will help one focus on the present, be mindful and treat oneself with compassion.
