Das Produkt selbst ist klasse und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Dafür allein würde ich fünf Sterne vergeben.Der Lieferprozess hingegen ist der reinste Wahnsinn. Bevor ich ins Detail gehe: Der Verkäufer sitzt im Vereinigten Königreich, was vielleicht einen kleinen Einfluss auf die Komplexität des Prozesses hat.Ich hatte eine Bestellung mit zwei Artikeln à 20 Stück aufgegeben. So weit, so gut. Ich ging davon aus, ein oder zwei Lieferungen zu erhalten. Die Realität sah jedoch ganz anders aus: Über mehrere Tage hinweg erhielt ich 40 einzeln verpackte Päckchen. Am ersten Tag kamen zwei, dann zwei Tage später 34 und schließlich einen Tag später noch einmal vier. Diese letzten vier Päckchen wurden mir über drei Zustellungen (am selben Tag) geliefert. Die Zusteller hatten die “Ehre”, jedes Päckchen einzeln abzuscannen – ich kann mir nur vorstellen, wie viel Freude das bereitet hat.Diese Form der Zustellung ist absolut ineffizient. Allein beim Gedanken an den Personaleinsatz und die Menge an Verpackungsmaterial wird mir schwindelig.
