Can I adjust the intensity of the fragrance diffusion?
Yes! You can adjust the scent intensity through the AromaPlan app. There are 10 levels, each with different work and pause times, which control how long the diffuser sprays fragrance and how long it rests between bursts.
What is the name of the app used to control the machines?
The app is called AromaPlan. It’s black and white, available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, you can easily connect your diffuser and control its settings from your smartphone.
How do I clean my diffuser?
To clean the diffuser, empty the fragrance and fill the container with isopropyl alcohol. Let it run for about 1 hour to clean the internal tubing. Then, discard the alcohol and refill it with your preferred fragrance.

This diffuser works extremely well and keeps my entire house smelling amazing all day long. As soon as I open the front door, you can already feel the fragrance, and I constantly receive compliments from guests about how good my home smells.The scent distribution is very even, not overpowering, but long-lasting and luxurious. It truly makes the house feel welcoming and elevated.It also came with two fragrances, and both smell absolutely incredible — high quality and very pleasant. Love this atomizer. It works great and the scents (IF you splurge on the AromaPlan oils) are rich and long lasting. Having said that there are a couple things to note. First- the instructions for hooking to your HVAC are non existent. I had to go to YouTube. There are a few really good videos on it. I almost returned the unit when I learned it requires drilling a hole in the vent pipe or cold air return. However on inspection I found my air return already had a hole for humidifiers or filters. It was covered with a small piece of insulating tape. I almost missed it. Second the app that you use to control the unit is terrible. Loses Bluetooth connection a lot, doesn’t retain the strength setting, and in general lacks some functionality that could be of benefit ( letting you know when the oil runs out for instance).I attached a photo of mine just in case it helps. A few people mentioned it’s noisy. I don’t find that with mine. Pretty quiet unless I’m standing right next to it.All in all love this atomizer – getting one for my daughter for Christmas. Wish the oils were less spendy but I tried a couple of the knock-offs and they don’t compare.

I like this machine but…..
I really like this but like most I don’t like the app. It needs work. I also really don’t like that it doesn’t let you know when your oil is empty. I’m finding after 2 weeks I need to replace and put more oil in. The oil is pretty expensive!! I like so far the oils except for 1 the bamboo that was a funky smell. Right now I have 24K Magic in, I like the Dubai also….. But I think the oils are too pricey!!. I don’t have any issue with noise mine sits on a TV stand the TV above on the wall I hear nothing not a big deal. I found when you replace your oil you do need to reset by pressing the little black button on the side hold in until you hear the 3 beeps then let go. It does make my home smell really nice I had to fiddle with the intensity on the app a little when I first got it, I had it set to high it was overwhelming for my size home, 1480 sq ft, I have it on 3. The set up was easy and getting it on the app was easy but I don’t find the app user friendly.

Tiny, but mighty!
I bought this item because my husband really wanted a diffuser in our house, but I’ve been holding him back from buying one for the longest time, since I get headaches really easily from fragrances. I decided to buy this one because a friend of mine had recommended this brand before, so I thought of giving it a try.I wanted to make him a surprise with it, which I thought wouldn’t work out that well, since I’d need him to install, and get the diffuser working. Turns out that it’s so easy to use, that I did it by myself within 5 minutes from opening it.I received a sample of the Dubai, and the 24K Magic oil fragrances, and I’m still shocked that neither has given me any headaches. I actually feel more relaxed when I’m in the first floor of my house, since that’s where the diffuser is. Even though the brand makes it clear that those are not for aromatherapy, it definitely makes me feel better.Anyway, it’s a great product, it looks amazing, it makes my house smell amazing, and it makes me feel good. I definitely recommend it !Tiny, but mighty !
