SOOOO good!!! Neither are so so good and so much fiber! I use them as a fiber supplement. And they satisfy any craving I have for sweets in the evening. 35 cal! You just can’t beat it.

High Fiber, Tastes Great—Sour is Superior to Sour Patch Kids
Atkins Endulge Sour Gummy Bears are coated in sweetener granules, exactly like Sour Patch Kids! They have 5 fewer calories per serving and contain no sunflower oil, compared to the regular Atkins Endulge Gummy Bears. I prefer these gummy bears over sugar-free mints or zero-sugar hard candies. They satisfy, stabilize, and do not spike my blood sugar.

Awesome taste and texture, but don’t give into temptation and eat multiple bags.
I am giving this 5 stars because they taste great, unfortunately they taste too good and that can go really bad. I got this delivered today and since it has been a while since I’ve had any sweets I decided to eat a bag of them right off. They were so good I ate another bag, and then one more because why not?I’ll tell you why not…. Within a couple hours I started hearing a gurgling coming from deep inside. This gurgling was so loud even the cats heard it. Shortly afterward I experience what can only be called a blowout. Then it happened again, and again, all while large amounts of gas are being produced. I suppose that is one way to lose some weight, but not a good way.So, whatever you do, make sure to limit yourself to no more than one bag of these, no matter how good they taste, and no matter how tempted you are, please do not make the same mistake I did. Final verdict is great taste and texture, but never eat more than one bag per day.

Yummy
These Atkins gummy’s are the same shape and size as typical gummies bear.I think that these are softer than biting into a regular gummy bear.In my opinion, typical gummy bear are a bit more rubbery,I do not like the rubbery Gummies,so therefore I did like these Atkins Gummies better than regular Gummies.My friend loves Gummy Bear’s & she liked them as well.The Atkins sour gummy bears were not too sour, so I really liked them.If you are someone that really wants a big sour tasting type of gummy bears,these aren’t very sour.It’s a very mild sour flavor, but I liked them almost better than the Atkins regular gummy bears in the same package.They are also a little on the sticky side, but not bad.I don’t regularly buy Gummies, so this equals out to about a dollar per bag, so I’m assuming that’s a good price for the gummy’s?I will get these again!

Easy way to get fiber
I eat these as a tasty way to get additional fiber. They taste like regular gummy bears but each 12 or 13 piece bag supplies 12 gms of fiber with only 35 calories. I only wish you could get just the sour ones since they are really good but the box comes with two regular and one sour. And the price on Amazon is great!

These Atkins gummy bears are the perfect treat. Coming in at only 30-35 calories per pack they don’t break the diet like some other sweets would but give you that sweet taste you are looking for. Perfect gummy texture and fruit taste.

Good but comes at a price
I do love these, and I eat them, BUT they make my tummy hurt and fill it with farts, and farts, and farts. If I am willing to accept the farts, I’ll eat them. Once I had two packs and I was bent over in pain later in the day because my stomach hurt so bad. Just be aware that they’re very good, but no sweet snack goes unpunished.
