A must have!
This is my 3rd heating pad and by far my favorite one! I work in a physical job which cause pain daily. I often need some form of relief and do not like taking medication. This arrived on Friday which was fast and on time. I used it for various areas and felt relief quickly. The size covers a bigger area and because it’s weighted it stays in place! The controls are easy to use and the heat distribution is excellent. You can also use the timer so it turns off on its own, rather than accidentally falling asleep while using it. I would highly recommend! Photo below shows convenient remote!

Not only is the heating pad great, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I purchased this product almost a year ago and recently had a problem with it (after using it on a daily basis), so I contacted the company, inquiring whether or not it could be repaired. They advised me that it was still under warranty, and they would replace it. All I had to do was provide a picture of it and a receipt, which I did, and I had a brand new heating pad delivered to me, and a new warranty “for 2 years”, IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Customer service like that is unheard of these days. If I could rate this company with ten stars, I would.Besides standing behind their products, this is one of the best heating pads I’ve ever owned. Easy to use, gets hotter than most others and I particularly love the belt so I can wrap it around my waist and it “stays” there, and the weighted part of it, so it never slides around and it feels like a “hug”. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I can’t say enough good things about it or the customer service.I also own their massage gun and have been very pleased with that and now I know, if I should have a problem, the company will stand behind it.Feels like the “good ole days”, when companies stood behind their products and did the right thing by their customers. I know I will be one of their customers “for life”. A big “thank you” to the Bob and Brad Company!

Great heating pad. Very soft and comfortable. Not super hot, but enough to be soothing. Taking a star off because there is no setting for “Stay On”. It’s slightly irritating to have to keep turning it back on every 90 minutes, but not a reason not to purchase.

This is a warm and cozy heating pad , heat level is great , love the adjustable settings and it is easy to use and easy to read. i have not used the belt attachment yet but can see it being nice when needed. Quality is great and fabric is cozy soft. you will enjoy this heating pad!

Indeed a True Far-Infrared Therapy Pad
A few weeks ago I reviewed this item with one star, expressing my disappointment with Bob and Brad for misrepresenting their product which, I said, is not, in fact, a far-infrared heating pad because it does not use direct infrared emitters. The issue as stated in my earlier review was this:In this case, the heated object is the ceramic beads, which CAN EMIT far infrared radiation. But the user sets the heat level, and the user has no idea what wavelength will be emitted by the selected temperature. At heating pad temperatures, the peak emission is actually in the mid-infrared range, though some far infrared is produced, again, depending on the actual heat level. It is therefore misleading marketing to claim that this pad provides far-infrared therapy.It turned out that this device was better and more thoughtfully designed than it appeared from the description and I want to state now for the record that the Bob & Brad team lived up to my earlier expectations. In response to my first review, they have now added new information on Amazon documenting the science behind its design, information that is very useful. One of the questions I raised earlier was that – while potential users are told that they may “Choose from 6 customizable temperature settings (109.4°F–145.4°F / 43°C–63°C)” – the user doesn’t know what temperature setting to use to maximize the far infrared emission. Because this is not explained in the information provided on Amazon, I think it would be useful to repeat here their personal response to me about this. “The operating temperature of our product is preset between 43°C and 63°C. According to the well-known physical principle — Wien’s Displacement Law — the peak wavelength of thermal radiation is inversely proportional to temperature. Calculations show that within 43°C to 63°C, the peak radiation wavelength falls perfectly between 8.6 μm and 9.2 μm, which is right inside the beneficial far-infrared range.”That means as the temperature rises into the range of 43°C to 63°C, the emitted wave length becomes shorter, leading to the emission of infrared radiation. I expect that it is not as intense as pads using direct emitters that cost hundreds of dollars, but it does just what we want this pad for. I used the word, “personal” above because now I can also say that they really do take a personal interest in their products and in those who buy them. And I’ll add that the pad itself is excellent (I didn’t mention that in my first review because it was only about infrared emissions).

Great for migraines!
I was a big fan of Bob and Brad; and now of Brad and Mike.I have purchased other products branded or recommended by them and have found them all to be of good quality and functioning as offered.I love this heated pad; it is large and soft. I use it to help with migraines and lower back pain. I take it on trips and although sometimes it ends up being packed pretty snugly, it is showing no sign of damage.I love the temp controls and timer.

Bad product
Terrible!!! Did not work. Remote feels poorly made. The heating pad itself never got hot. The best it got was luke warm after 30 minutes on the highest setting. Definitely would not recommend.

Gets nice and hot
I was skeptical because of other reviews that said it didn’t get hot enough, but I haven’t had that issue at all. It gets nice and hot and relieves muscle tension wherever I need. I really like the length, it can cover a large area of my back all at once. I really like that it’s weighted, it makes it very comfy. The fabric is very soft as well. I also like the timer option, my old heating pad didn’t have that. I hope this lasts a long time.

Not much to say other than I love this thing. Weighted, heated, and auto shutoff. Many people complain about there being no “always on” mode (it’s always timed), but for me safety is a priority. So I’m very glad it will shut off automatically every time.
