    Perfect for doing Bright Line Eating
    I use this journal to track my food, gratitude, water, and hunger/cravings level for Bright Line Eating but I would imagine it would work for any food plan. I love the before and after assessments and that it tracks literally everything I could want! Seriously! Day #, Date, Weight, space to track 3 meals and snacks or 4 meals, water, cravings level, exercise, gratitude, daily habits, journaling section, one kind thought about myself, daily affirmation, and whether it was a bright day, a red flag day, or a research day. The pictures in my review show a spiral binding because I took it to an office store and had them spiral bind it just for ease of use, but honestly it’s great as is with the standard book binding. And there are enough pages to cover 90 days. So much cheaper and more functional than the official BLE journal. Love love love it!
