Great notebook for food and habit tracking
I bought this for a food/habit tracking journal to keep me motivated and focused in making positive changes in my lifestyle and it does just that. Its super organized and has cute little motivating tips and uplifting quotes. It feels like a good notebook in terms of quality, the paper is nice and thick and my pens dont bleed through. they have gratitude trackers, which are awesome for training the brain to focus on the positive.I wanted something more neutral, and the brown leather look is perfect. I pack it to go a lot of places with me and it fits well in my backpack; it’s also super light. It seemed a lot more genuine and less gimmicky than the others I looked at IMO

Useful in creating tracking consistency
LOVE IT! Recommended by a friend. At first I was nervous that it was yet another trendy thing, as my normal journaling is inconsistent. Plus, I am already tracking my food in an app. But this has been surprisingly helpful and easy. Simple, requires minimal time yet helps you put everything in one place to them analyze and reflect. You can quickly see your areas in need of improvement, but also see the positive habits you are creating ( we need that positive self talk on these health journeys). It also helps create consistency in your tracking, therefore also in what you’re eating. I would highly recommend.

Effective for what it is
Apps were failing to do the job, I found myself unmotivated to click through and type. I’ve always been more of a journal person. So far, so good. A big reason for the purchase was the idea to look back and see the progress I’ve made, so we’re not quite that far along yet.Looking back at the “bad days” or days I didn’t make the best food choices serve to reinforce and push me to have good days, and make better food choices.TIP: Keep it in the kitchen, in sight, if at all possible. There have been times that just seeing it has prevented me from reaching into the bag of chocolate chips 🙂 Kind of an added bonus of a hard copy rather than an app…It probably wasn’t designed with that in mind, but having the book sit there and “roll it’s eyes” at you when you think about junk food has been an added little guide.

Wonderful for journaling and tracking your progress towards your goal
This turned out to be one of the best purchases of the year! I’m currently on week 7 of 12 and this little journal has been tremendously helpful in figuring out what was working and what wasn’t in my weight loss journey.I am on WW and use the app daily but find it necessary to also write things down physically. I not only keep track of workouts and my vitamin plan, it’s great for keeping track of WW’s “blue dot” days. Keeping track of healthy eating “zone” habits has proven so helpful in allowing me to move past my plateau and finally make progress. There is a page in the back for daily weight tracking but you can use it for other things, like whether you met your goal that day. This workbook also helps keep track of other healthy habits and provides a place for measurements so the focus is not entirely on your weight but rather your overall health. This would work equally well I think if you were keeping track of calories instead of WW points. Or for athletes looking to gain muscle. It also includes bits of advice and encouragement sprinkled throughout its pages in between weeks. As an added bonus, it’s really a nice looking object, with a pretty faux leather cover. I have the Walnut brown one currently and it looks just like the photos.I recommend this for anyone on a similar fitness path as myself. I just ordered a replacement so I can continue the habit for months to come.

Everything I wanted and more
This just what I was looking for last year when I started my wellness journey but couldn’t find. Will be getting another at the end of this 90 days. I don’t usually weigh everyday but decided to since it’s on the page and I just started a more strict form of carnivore. Thank you for thinking of everything.

Simply Perfect
I am trying to get fit to decrease sciatic and low back pain, as well as to fit nicely into my bridesmaids dress for my sister’s June wedding. I am old school and need to write things down on paper in order to actually process and remember things, so found this journal after a lot of Amazon perusal. This journal is simple, has a very subtly beautiful layout and design, and is just perfect for daily and weekly processing of my goals, nutrition, movement/activity and focus. I plan on using this one up, and may buy another once the 12 weeks are over!

I have been on a personal health journey for the past year, changing my diet and increasing movement. This journal has helped me track everything and has saved me loads of time. I write out my planned meals weekly, making it easy for me to see the ingredients I need for that week. There is space for recipes, goals, and even space to track your weight, which has been useful. This journal has made it easy for me to look back on my progress. The quality of the journal itself is also great!

This is a great daily journal, I love that it focuses on overall health and wellness and isn’t hyper focused on food/calories (though it’s set up easily for tracking cals/macros). I did calorie tracker apps for years, and often got obsessed with the numbers, weighing and measuring everything… there’s something more mindful about writing everything down instead, it’s not about being perfect. It’s also has sections that ask you to self reflect as well as always setting daily intentions, which I find therapeutic. I’m on week 8 and have already lost 15lbs! I’m going to buy another when the 12 weeks is over.
