Great for beginners but thin material
Recently started doing yoga again and needed a mat. Wasn’t sure how much I wanted to commit when I bought this mat. It is fine if you are not going to take yoga too seriously or don’t need it for cushioning it is very thin. Works well with stretching holds up to slip resistance. Folds nicely and didn’t smell weird. A lot of other exercise mats I’ve purchased in the past have had a weird chemical smell.

Complete agreement with all reviewers who said this mat is too thin. Not only is it too thin, but the foam material compresses to nearly nothing, so whatever thickness you think it has, is gone once you apply pressure.But I only needed to protect my spine for sit-ups. I fold it three times (8x thickness) into a narrow pad and it works just fine. For certain other exercises, I fold it 2 times (4x thickness).But the mat can NOT be used on a hard surface, without folding at least once. It will provide almost no cusioning.Three stars because it does work for my specific purpose, there are a few other exercises I could use it for, and it was relatively cheap.

Bought this as a non-slip mat for my dog
Bought this as a non-slip mat for my dog to line the back seat cover/platform I got. He was sliding around while I was driving, and after adding this there was no more sliding. Easily trimmed to fit. Easy to clean if needed. My dog is much more comfortable on this mat.

Great yoga mat
Bought this as a spare in case my kids want to do yoga with me, it’s not much different from my pricier version. The material is nice, it didn’t slide around. It’s a nice little yoga mat. Not big enough for a “tall” person but the dimensions are listed.

Thin and weird sticky texture. I bought the high end one at the same time to compare (brand begins with a “G”) and although it’s over double the price, it’s cushy and soft and lovely color options.

This was a good mat. Stayed in place. Had good support.My issue was it started to fall apart sooo quickly. I had blue flecks of rubber all over my floors.Quality was mediocre.But I guess that’s what you get for such a cheap price.

Fue una muy mala compra, está pésima la calidad, nada la pisas y se deshace la esponja en trozos. Ya pedí la devolución y tampoco la han recogido. Pésimo pésimo.

The mat is thinner than I thought. It’s fine for use outside or on a soft surface. I would go thicker though for using on a hard surface.
