Easy to Wear
This was an Amazon recommendation. It freezes well and stays cold for over an hour. The reduction in swelling was noticeable when this foot wrap was used. It can also be microwaved for a heat wrap. Easy to clean. Stays secure. Worth every dollar.

Perfect after a PT day.
I had ankle surgery and needed to ice it often post-rehab. It’s the perfect amount of cold when wearing a sock. I have having some nerve sensitivity after my surgery so anything too cold bothered me so the sock helped. It lasts a while out the freezer but be mindful to not use it for too long in one sitting. Super easy to use, comfortable, and a great design with the two strap locations. It secures it very well. It’s not heavy and is great when just sitting with your foot propped up. Great quality overall and glad I found it.

Good ice pack, but leaks after less than a year
It was good while it lasted, but it’s now leaking after about 10 months of use. I’m pretty disappointed because it really helped my foot pain.

Lymphedema must have
I LOVE this ice foot pack! I have lymphedema and this is so nice to be able to wrap around my foot and ankle on days where I am swelling. It’s super easy to put on and the Velcro has lasted many uses! Great design and folds up really well so it doesn’t take up a ton of room in my freezer. I’m a size 9 in women’s shoe and this fits perfectly, if you’re in a men’s size over 10? Your foot might stick out a little more. This just reaches my toes. Overall a great product!

Super cold and great pair of ankle straps
These are awesome. They get really cold so I would recommend getting wearing think socks or just bear with the cold for the first few minutes and you’re good. Doesn’t leak and minimal sweat/condescension.

Ice cold & effective, but leaked after a few months
Has many great qualities: gets ICE cold and stays that way for at least 45 minutes. Great coverage of the whole foot and ankle. Using it once a day really helped with my Plantar Fascitis and PTTD. However, the only problem I had is the material ripped and started leaking gel after a few months of use. I’m not sure if walking on my foot with it on from time-to-time caused that to happen or if it’s just a cheap material.

It is super cold when you initially put it on, but they work great. I wear a Women’s size 11 and it fits well with my feet.I have bilateral Achilles tendonitis and after PT, the ice is a godsend. It helps with the swelling and pain.
