I have watched many of Dr. Berg’s videos with great enthusiasm through the years and he has now become one of my favorite holistic media doctors. Awesome supplement but…
I love Dr. Berg’s products and this is top-notch D3/K2 but I noticed he snuck in Zinc and Magnesium into this supplement without declaring it on the front label. I prefer to take my Zinc and Magnesium separate and before bed so I’m forced to purchase from another supplement vendor that keeps these minerals out of supplement. Wish Berg wouldn’t have done that because I really would prefer to get the D3/K2 from his company.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall …I used to get this “insufficient level” result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed “sufficient level” on May 2025. I’m happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
