Works really well taken w hi dose V-c
I’ve been exposed to a lot of illnesses working with the medical field and having several very young children in the family. There’s lots of alternative methods that work well and and far better for the body than antibiotics, which I will not take anymore after experiencing damaging effects, like MMS, Oregano Grapefruit seed extract etc. They also kill viruses and fungus (instead of helping it grown like antibiotics) and often spare our probiotics for the most part, if taken in correct balance.Elderberry and a good 5 grams of buffered or time released vitamin C have a lot of other benefits aside from the immune system, and V-C actually allows the body to detox heavy metals. Adding elderberry to high dose V-C has helped me get over getting sick before it even sets in, usually within 1-2 days of very minor symptoms instead of twice that wo it. I usually take 2 a day and 4-6 elderberry if I’m coming down w something or exposed to it.My Toxicologist recommended high dose V-C after I was exposed to mercury getting mercury fillings replaced, which caused a constant headache fatigue brain fog etc. Surprisingly taking at least 3grams of buffered V-C relieved 95% of these symptoms within an hour for abt 6 hours, when it was time to take another dose, and continued to work the entire 3 weeks or so until symptoms pass. I did a bunch of research on it after those results and many functional medicine doctors, the ones who usually get the best results in my experience, say we need at least 1 gram a day just to allow the body to remove the daily toxins we’re exposed to, and usually 5-10 grams or more to effectively detox past damage.

The best cold prevention.
Since having kids we get sick constantly. Somehow still got sick with multiple colds even with the masking and all the insanity the last two years. Since using these we hardly ever have even a sniffle that lasts longer than a day (originally just had always taken vitamin d, b and zinc daily). These are amazing. Highly recommend boosting your immune system with these especially with everyone’s immune systems suppressed the last couple of years.

Effective, Affordable, Easy-to-swallow
I (46yr old woman) have been taking this supplement myself as well as giving it to my 13 yr old son & daughter to help boost our immune system for almost 2 years straight. My 72yr old MIL started taking it also. Knock-on-wood, it seems to be working because none of us has really had any colds throughout that time (not counting sniffles from allergies!) We all find it easy to swallow and the capsule has no perceptible flavor to it (and no yucky tasting burps every). It was difficult to find any Elderberry capsules near where we live, only the “cavity causing” gummy kind. I love the price/value and great convenience of clicking my order of this product through Amazon. Will continue to buy THIS brand as long as it is available.

I purchased these for myself after purchasing the Gummy ones.Which my body can tolerate.I think the high mg’s of the capsules may be to much for me all at once.So I’m slowly taken one one or two times a week.I’ll get a better outlook when I get it balanced out on how much mg’s I can tolerate in taking.Right now,I’m in still in a trial era with the capsules.

I’ve looked at numerous Elderberry products on Amazon and finally decided on this particular brand because:1. It has high potency, 1200 mg per every 2 capsules.2. Elderberry extract is the only main ingredient which is what I’m looking for.3. Made in USA.Many other brands are cheaper but that means you need to take more daily. My husband and I take two capsules every morning, can’t tell any difference really but hoping it’ll boost up and maintain our immune systems so we can combat during this crazy flu season. My parents in their 70s and 80s are also taking them.The size is just like regular sized supplement, we find it easy to swallow and it doesn’t leave any weird taste or smell after.Will continue to order this until I find a better brand but so far, this is the best for us.
