I’m really happy with this heating pad. It’s a great size and the overall quality feels solid right out of the box. The material is soft and comfortable, and it’s flexible enough to wrap around whatever area needs relief.The attached remote is simple and easy to use, and the pad heats up quickly. I also appreciate the built-in timer function, The heat settings are well-designed, and I’ve found that level 4 out of 5 gives me the perfect amount of warmth for soothing my injury without feeling too hot.Overall, it’s an effective, user-friendly heating pad that I’d definitely recommend.

Best heating pad I’ve ever used
Best heating pad I’ve ever purchased in 20 years. I have a degenerating spine so I’ve gone through many heating pads over the years. Very flexible, large, heats up fast, soft, with a nice long cord. I’ve accidently scrunched this up when I fell asleep laying on it but no wires broke and it is still working after 18 months of almost daily use. Be careful using the highest setting. It gets too hot if you are laying on it (which of course you are not supposed to do.) ; )

Best heating pad I have ever bought!
Absolutely the best heating pad I have ever owned. Me and my family like it so well I’m buying a second one because we are all using it. It starts heating up at a level 3 and heats up very fast which is really nice. I usually turn it down to 2, but my son likes 3 and another family member likes 4. I love that it shuts off automatically and it has the timers. The fabric is really soft and grey is a pretty grey. It folds up nicely and we just tuck the cords inside to keep it all together. I highly recommend this heating pad!! We got the smaller size which is great for backs, shoulders, knees, abdomen, hips and anything else!

Heating Pad — Effective Relief with a Few Minor Drawbacks
I purchased this heating pad to help with back pain, and the heat therapy truly works in easing discomfort and promoting healing. The plush material is incredibly soft and cozy against the skin, making it very comfortable to use.One drawback is that the pad tends to slide around if you shift positions, so it doesn’t always stay in place. A grippier surface on one side would improve stability. I was hesitant to wash it, but it held up well in the machine and continued to function normally after several washes, which was a pleasant surprise.The only other issue is that the disc connecting the cord to the pad can become hot, and if it touches the skin directly, it may cause a burn, so caution is needed if you plan to fall asleep on the pad.Overall, this heating pad provides excellent pain relief and comfort, with just a couple of minor design concerns.

Excellent Xl heat pad!
Excellent heat pad. It’s nice big soft and plush plus it’s not stiff at all. The heat adjustment settings have a nice variety and even though it goes high I’ve found 3 to 4 is plenty hot. And I like the shut off timer. It’s well constructed too. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic pad. I was truly impressed by the quality of the fabric, and it feels heavenly on my skin. It is really well made.I am so glad I found this – it is great for my sore muscles and my injury recovery.The cord is long enough that I can use it on the couch or in my bedroom lying in my bed without using an extension cord. I like that I can choose from several heat levels.I also like that it shuts itself off after a time so that I can nap or sleep without worrying about using it for too long.

This heating pad is great! It works wonderfully for my neck and back. The cord is a great length, which makes it easy to use anywhere. The gray cover is a nice neutral color and feels unbelievably soft.

Turns itself down after about 20 minutes
So I have reread all the information included with this heating pad and nowhere does it say that after about 20 minutes on level 6 that it will turn down to level 3. It’s not the end of the world, but just annoying. Also it only heats up fast if you start on 6. Starting on 4 it only heats up to about level 3, and slowly. Im not sure if this is how it’s meant to work or if mine is faulty. I will say the price is great and it’s very soft on both sides.
