GREAT Quality/it works!
I do like this sleeve for the ease of ‘icing’ and injury – super easy to use; convenient resealable wrapper to store in freezer. Cold lasts a long time – haven’t used for heat therapy as we don’t have a microwave. Well designed and construction. My only caution would be to really double check SIZE chart – i should have ordered a small/medium – but I really needed it for an injury right now! So im using the Large size and then needing to wrap a towel around to hold in place. I may just exchange for correct size because I know I will use this over and over! It can be used on several limbs/joints because it has ‘stretch’ – so this is a great feature. Again – Good Quality Construction is a real plus. And mostly; it actually does what its supposed to do – for a long while (heat/cold therapy) simplify treatment

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are excellent. I have now bought 4, two for my sister. She likes hot, I like cold. I’d say the fit is a slight bit big, but I think XS would be too tight. These stay cold for 15-20 minutes, very very cold right out of freezer, protect your skin for at least 10 minutes. Thousand times easier to use on arms than ice pack. Not sure about durability yet, but worth the cost.

This FreezeSleeve is a great option for kids (and adults) who need ice or heat therapy for recovery. The sleeve design makes it so simple to slip on — no straps, no adjusting, just pull it over the area and it stays put. It’s flexible, comfortable, and reusable, which makes it super convenient.One thing to be aware of: if you take it straight out of the freezer, it gets very cold. We found it’s best to let it sit out for a few minutes before putting it on, otherwise it can feel too intense on the skin.I bought this for my son after his elbow surgery and it’s been fantastic for helping with swelling and recovery. My husband was also able to use this when he was hit in the forearm with a baseball while umpiring.✅ Why it’s great:• Easy slip-on sleeve design, no straps needed• Flexible and stays in place• Works for cold and heat therapy• Great kid size (XS fits perfectly)⚠️ Cons:• Extremely cold right out of the freezer — needs a few minutes before wearingOverall, it’s a super effective, convenient therapy sleeve that makes icing (or heating) a lot less of a hassle, especially for kids. My son and I both really like this. He does some baseball pitching and puts this on his elbow and bicep after a game. I have a bit of nagging tennis elbow and use this regularly.This should fit most arms. And it allows you to do other things while wearing it.It is very cold to start but my body gets used to it. It only stays cold for 20-ish minutes, but that is sufficient in most cases.On a related note, we also have a larger one that I use for my knee, which I also recommend.

Works the best, and is comfortable!
I’ve tried Velcro wrap around knee sleeves with ice packs etc, and while they work they slide down, and the ice pack is usually too hard or soft. This slide on sleeve is superb! It gets very cold without getting hard. It slides on easily (I got two sizes as I fell on my knee and bruised it badly, and I wasn’t sure which size would fit best with the swelling), it stays cold for the needed time. Price is higher than wrap on ice packs, but this is definitely worth the price with the ability to move around with the ice pack in place, and the comfort. It works great!

Immediate relief from knee discomfort
I’ve been suffering from knee effusion the past few months and this sleeve has been an absolute life saver. Not only can you pop it in the freezer and then wear it for icing the swelling, but the gel cushion and compression gave me almost immediate relief in keeping things feeling “in place” and allowing me more freedom to move better. I could kneel with far less pain and put it on without feeling like it was too tight or loose. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple wearable option.

Too small! I thought it could fit my knee and I am not a big person. I am only 5 foot 3 125 pounds and it hardly fits around my knee. I should’ve returned it.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
