Great vitamin
I really like these vitamins. When I hit 40 by body didn’t have as much energy or iron as I wanted. These vitamins helped to improve my lab levels. My energy level improve. They have many of the minerals and vitamins that women over 40 need. They are easy on my stomach. I don’t always eat in the morning after taking them. The taste isn’t bad. The brand is fine. I would definitely recommend.

Good vitamins
I started purchasing these vitamins because I wanted a soy-free, vegan, bio-active vitamin option. These vitamins do not disappoint. As with vitamins in general, you shouldn’t take them on an empty stomach. I did only once and got an upset stomach otherwise these vitamins do not make me feel sick. They are easy to take and do not taste weird. I think the dosage is too much, so I take only one pill rather than the recommended two-a-day dose. This multivitamin does not contain magnesium which is expected since it probably wouldn’t fit in this small tablet.

The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and don’t leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say it’s horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. I’m on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstone’s chewables. Lol.The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue. I would recommend these to everyone.

Vitamin thats worth the price
My body cant use the regular vitamin. The pill is easy to swallow and does not upset my stomach. This vitamin has a lot of other vitamins so is is good for your health and body. This pill also have iron that I really need. This bottle is cheaper than many other vitamins that is the same.

Disappointed in formula change
I used to really like these as they have an easily digestible form of iron in them. Unfortunately they have recently changed the formula and added calcium to it. The problem with that is calcium and iron compete for absorption and it’s recommended to space out your iron supplement from your calcium for maximal absorption of both.I guess it’s time to find a new multi vitamin.

C’est un produit qui réunit pratiquement toutes les vitamines et minéraux que l’on peut trouver dans les compléments alimentaires mêmes celles que l’on n’intègre pas souvent comme la vitamine K2 et D3. Il n’existe pas beaucoup de “cocktails” multivitamines complet ou elles sont présentes.C’est pour cela que j’ai choisi ce produit et je n’ai pas été déçu .En respectant les instructions de prise, on ressent vraiment une différence après quelques jours d’utilisation. Bien sûr dans un premier temps on ne ressent que les bienfaits du à la vitamine C et à une ou deux autres vitamines . Mais les bienfaits sont là, on ressent vite un reguin de vitalité au niveau physique et mental par la suite.De plus le récipient est en plastique assez rigide et peut donc être transporté dans n’importe quel sac de sport ou sacoche de travail . Le seul défaut qui n’en ai pas vraiment un, est le bruit des comprimés qui tapent contre le récipient lorsque vous le secouez. Le son n’est pas désagréable et dans mon cas c’est plutot un avantage je peux savoir vite si je ne l’ai pas oublié en secouant tout simplement .

Probabilmente uno dei migliori multivitaminici sul mercato, soprattutto se rapportato ai competitor:- quantitativo di Vitamina D abbondante- betacarotene invece di Vitamina A (preferibile, obbligatorio (precauzionale in rel a studi) per fumatori!)- bilanciamento ottimale di vitamine e minerali- presenza di Boro, minerale non scontato negli integratori e utile- presenza delle formulazioni migliori sulla ricerca per i vari elementi (es. metilcobalamina per B12, colecalciferolo per D3 etc).- vitamina K di ottima qualità e in dosaggio perfetto, altra vitamina non scontata- vitamina metilateNon avrete con 20 euro un stock di un anno, ma avrete un prodotto di gold standard.Unica mancanza, un contenuto più alto di Vitamina D e magari qualche componente nootropico a scelta che rendesse appettibile il prodotto anche su altri scenari (citicolina, bacopa, fosfatidilserina, pino marittimo, l-teanina etc). Sarebbe diventato perfetto!
