Diffuser Won’t Power On?
Ensure: 1. Adapter is connected to the wall socket and diffuser; 2. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 3. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side to prevent water ingress and leakage.
Weak Mist/No Mist/Strong Mist?
Check: 1. Keep water below MAX line; 3. Set HIGH mode for strong mist, LOW mode for weak mist. 3. Set working mode to “ON” for continuous mist.
Diffuser Stops Working?
Ensure: 1. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 2. Select Continuous mode (timer modes auto-off when completed); 3. Clean atomizer gently. 4. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side.
No Scent?
Scent sensitivity and diffusionrates vary by oil and individual. Use 3-5 drops of oil per 150mlwater. Add more if needed for scent strength.
Reminder: To ensure proper mist function, please do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); keep water covering atomizer but below MAX line; power off before refilling to prevent water leakage; DO NOT drain from air outlet, ONLY drain from drain side to prevent water ingress and circuit damage.
Optional Runtime & Mist Mode: This aroma diffuser comes with 4 timer settings (Continuous Mode/1H/3H/6H) and 2 mist levels (Strong/Weak) for you to choose from, when time is up or the water runs out it will automatically stop working, no worry about overheating.

My First Diffuser… Great Purchase!!
This is the first diffuser I have ever purchased. It is simple to use. You pour the water in and add a few drops of the oil of your choice, then turn it on. The diffuser is silent and the scents are fragrant and calming. I am grateful the oils are included with this diffuser because now I know which scents I like most and which my husband enjoy; I saved money not having to ignorantly purchase scents. I love the colored lighting, but I like having the option to use the diffuser without the lights. It turns off automatically so there’s no need to worry about forgetting to come back later to power it off. The base is wide and deep enough to hold a nice amount of water to last a long while without refilling it for several hours. The diffuser is powerful enough to put out small streams or large streams of mist. It is also a durable machine. I have dropped the top when taking it off and all is well.

Longevity and Scent production.
Bought this 2 years ago. It’s still working good. Wood grain lamination is starting peel, can be expected after 2 years of use. I use this thing almost daily. The sample of different scents, are ok but honestly only a few I have gravitated to and even use oils of my favorite scents. Even after 2 years of use the noise level is low. I would have like for the it to have a random light cycle feature. All modes of use function as expected.

First time owning a diffuser and I appreciate the different oils so I can test what I like. With the large water capacity, I can run it for several hours without needed to refill. The noise level is next to nothing and the scent does cover a large square footage of my house. I love the auto shut off so I don’t have to constantly monitor it. I use this diffuser almost every day. I work from home and have found certain scents keep me more focused. Also, my apartment smells great. The mist is also nice, and it simply cuts off the mist while allowing the lights to stay on when the water runs out. The selection of oils that came with it are amazing and high quality. I want to gift some of these for events this year. It does mist for several hours without a water refill.

The plastic diffuser works, the essential oils are diluted to the point of being worthless.
The clove oil, you can smell the baby oil. All of the oils are diluted so much that they are useless in a diffuser. Smelling directly from the bottle, the smell is much fainter that when I dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil down to the level of a body massage. The diffuser is very cheap plastic.
