They work great, fully around the knees I have had so much trouble with, they also have very long straps to use on elbows, or shoulders.I love how it gets 360 degrees around and squeezes it firmly. Incredibly easy to use and a life saver. Must have after a surgery , and refreeze fast.

Best ice wrap you can buy!
This ice wrap is absolutely amazing!! I was having terrible knee pain, and found out that I have to have a total knee replacement surgery. I originally bought one, and after the first use , I bought 3 more to keep in rotation. They are extremely comfortable, the Velcro straps are soft but sturdy and wrap around as tightly as you need without coming loose. It takes about 4 hours to get to the coldest temperature, but it lasts anywhere from 45-60 minutes. It is large tho, and weighs a little over 2 lbs, so if you have extreme weakness or just recently had surgery it might not be a good idea to walk with it on. However, it is great if you’re just relaxing and have your legs up and stretched out, or just sitting. Since I haven’t had those issues yet, I can say that mobility is very easy with this wrap on. They are definitely with the money based on the size and effectiveness alone. If you are looking for quality , this will definitely meet all your needs.

Good relief for after knee replacement physical therapy
I used this after knee replacement physical therapy sessions. It’s large enough to easily place around the knee providing cool therapy. It’s not too cold but cold enough to help with swelling.

Cools as long as stated, It didnt work for my particular needs like I’d hoped, good quality product
I really wanted this product to work & it almost did. My needs were to be able to wear it during work at my desk, as a car passenger, or after physical therapy for my total knee replacement, not just sitting/laying down without moving at all. When fully frozen it kept cool for at least 20-30 minutes as is stated in description. A definite plus. It does not cool as well, or enough, over clothes though, which was a primary need. The soft side was nice against skin when I tried it in shorts, the vinyl side, which is cooler, requires you to have something between the pack & your skin to prevent ice burn. I needed the pack to cool the areas around the kneecap & top sides for pain and swelling relief while in pants. It did get colder on the back of the knee & back sides where the straps attach & the pack wraps where there is more gel. My need is on the front areas & the gel is thinner in those areas of the wrap, so I didn’t get relief like I hoped. When fully frozen it was not as flexible or moldable as I’d hoped either. It looked more formed on the model. I was not able to get it tight enough to help it stay up when I would need to shift my leg around in my office chair, as I cannot keep my knee in one position too long right now. Product does state that it’s not meant for excessive movement, I didn’t realize sitting would be as much of an issue with only leg movement, not walking. The Velcro & straps were secure & the product itself was as described & appears of quality materials. For someone without surgical pain and swelling, I think this product would work well. It was relatively easy to put on, it did hold the cool for the time stated, came with a protective baggie to freeze it in. Instructions were clearly marked on package and on product with freezing time and any warnings, like protecting your skin. I had bought the two-pack in case it worked, so I could swap them out as needed, giving them time to freeze the optimum length of time between uses. Unfortunately, they won’t work for my needs, so I am returning them. I would recommend them to someone who just wants to ice after leg day or someone who has ACL/MCL issues as this is where the gel seemed to concentrate for me.

Great Cold Pack
Great flexible cold pack that you can wrap around your knee. Long Velcro straps let you tighten them so the wrap is snug on you knee. I purchased two, one to use, then change out with the colder one after my total knee replacement surgery. Icing after Physical Therapy helps with healing. I would recommend this product.

Great knee ice pack wrap!!
This item worked great for me, because it fit perfectly around my knee and leg, and the straps with velcro kept it in place. The cold lasted at least 30 minutes or more, and helped resolve a troubling knee/nerve issue. If you have a larger knee, my knee circumference around behind and over the kneecap is 15.5-16 and this fit just right.

Great At First But…
I have some sort of knee injury happening that I’m still in the process of locking down, but icing has been helping a lot but I can’t always go lay down to ice so this SEEMED like the perfect solution so I can sit at my desk and ice without holding the ice pack on my knee. I placed my order on Sept 1, 2025.At first, this worked great. It’s double sided so you can use one side for a gentle cooling session or the other side for a more intense cool down which was great when things were especially inflamed. I was using it approximately 5 times in a day for about 20 minutes at a time. I wasn’t walking around trying to use it, simply just sitting and keeping my leg still while icing. It provided so much relief.Fast forward about a month and I started noticing the gel is leaking out in spots on the ‘felt’ (gentler cooling side). I’ve been storing it as recommended in the bag it came with and again, when using it, I’m not up moving around/causing extra wear, just simply sitting still. When I take it off I do so gently and slowly. Fast forward to today, October 22, 2025 and now the velcro is giving up and not wanting to hold which is frustrating when I’m trying to get it to stay in a specific spot without me holding it. Without the velcro holding it’s defeating the purpose of why I ordered this.As much as I want to say I’d order this again, I don’t know that I would. With not even 2 months of regular, but not excessive, use it’s wearing out and becoming unusable in the way it’s intended. I can probably finagle some way to help with keeping the straps secure or even order some other elastic straps that I can work around my other gel ice pack to hold it where I need it. I expected this to hold up a lot longer.

My item did not match the measurements as stated in the product information. It was shorter and therefore did not completely cover the front and back of my knee.My complex meniscus tear is very inflamed, and so it was important for me to have full coverage because I have pain in both the front and back of my knee.Otherwise, I love this product and would recommend it to someone else.
