This is the most comfortable lower lumbar pillow. I have used it to help me sleep. Usually I would get up from bed and have the most uncomfortable ache. This pillow has help fits comfortably on your side or directly on the lower back. It has grooves. It seems light and it is, but it gives support. The material is soft cloth which it’s washable. Although it is not a miracle pillow, it will give you comfort. May also be used on chairs.

Great Little Lumbar Pillow
I love this lumbar support pillow, and use it all the time when seated, except in the vehicle where I have lumbar support built in. This really helps on the couch, as the support in the cushions are gone. I recommend this little guy. It does what it says – which is provide support, and it doesn’t take up much space around the house.

I use this pillow every day. I have it in my recliner so it helps with the pressure on my lower back. It’s the perfect size and shape. It’s very firm and holds its shape. It is also made well. I probably will use it on my next long car trip.

Back saver! I have chronic back issues so I use it everyday when I am working from home. I am thinking of buying one for travel. Its firm, hasn’t lost its shape since I purchased it, and offers well needed lower back support

I wish it were a little thinner so it didn’t move me so forward in the car seat but its still the best one I have tried out of a few different ones on amazon. I like this one enough to keep it. its comfortable.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！
