I took some vitamins that were almost 3x the price of these. They did nothing. I am on my 3rd bottle of these. They helped my hair stop falling out and lots of new growth.

They taste old and dusty
I’m not sure if these are working because I don’t think I’ve even had them a month yet but they taste terrible to me. Like they are old, but I checked and they aren’t expired. I chose them because I only have to eat one gross gummy vs multiple pills/gummies like other brands. I can update the review once I have time to assess if it’s helping my hair and nails.
