Very Good, Portable and powerful
This small product, because it has the size of a credit card!!!! is big in quality. Portable, powerful, easy to operate, in a nut shell, is a really good product for pain relief.I am not particular happy about the names of the modes, Acupuncture is something you can not simulate via Tens, the same with the other modes, in short, there several Tens modes despite the names

Tiny unit but very powerful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is actually one of the better EMS+TENS units I’ve had so far. Instructions are pretty straightforward and the device is very easy to use once you understand how it works. My husband has cervical pain that usually keeps him in bed most of the day because of pain meds. I’ve had this unit 2 days not and he hasn’t taken his medication because it helps immensely. I’m thinking about purchasing another one for myself.

Terrible product, never would charge properly, on off button doesn’t work and the intensity is for infants at best. It was not eligible for return because it is a medical device, who would have known.

I ordered the Mega Wise EMS Tens Unit from Amazon and received it the next day. I used on my lower back and it helped me to relieve the tight mussels in my lower back . I would recommend this unit to help loosen up tight mussels Doug R

Works great!
Works great. The pads are very sticky & you have a lot of the pads in different sizes/shapes – something most TENS machines DON’T come with. It comes with a nice big soft bag to put everything in & it had 3 different cables (1 of which has multiple prods for the pads). Easy to use. The only down side is when the timer runs out , I have to turn the machine OFF & then plug it in to the USB port & then I can use it again – stupid & unnecessary imo. But all in all it’s a good machine.

** Edit **For those who are having issues with the intensity level: try connecting the wires to the unit and placing them on yourself BEFORE powering the unit. The unit “starts” much earlier than one might anticipate.Original ____________________________Jen (Brand Manager) at Megawise – WOW. Thank you for everything, you were a beacon of professionalism, you followed up and provided clear and caring guidance throughout the process.While not ideal (wasn’t able to start pain relief program immediately), I reached out to their email and Jen responded. We had numerous rounds of interactions to troubleshoot the product, me providing videos of device behaviour then receiving feedback with subsequent instructions. She engaged other areas when initial information gathering proved ineffective in resolving things, escalated matters after understanding the problem (which was still unresolved at that point).I can’t overstate the level of professionalism and empathy she exhibited. The product is good, works well so far, and over time we’ll see about longevity. But her customer service was OUTSTANDING! Other companies should take note that the bar has been raised and Megawise should be proud to call her as part of their team.

Mala duración de la bateria
Cumplen su función, pero después de un tiempo, la vida útil de la batería se deterioro. Puede estar cargado completamente, pero luego de un día sin usar, se descarga. Ahora, debo cargar el dispositivo previo a cada terapia, por que siempre lo encuentro sin carga.
