Smell and Taste
I’ve been taking them for about a week now, so I haven’t noticed much of a difference. However, the capsules themselves have a weird smell and taste… I have to take them with a flavored beverage. Other than that, they seem fine!

Terrible smell, possibly contaminated
The product has a STRONG smell that permeates even outside the bottle. Think of rotten lemons.Also, as a few others have said, the capsules I received seemed discolored (possibly spoiled or contaminated, I don’t know). I just didn’t feel comfortable taking them just by the look and smell. Amazon accepts NO RETURNS on this so beware. I also wrote to the customer service at the company, but received no answer.Avoid these at all costs. Much better products out there that actually work and don’t make your stomach turn when you smell them.
