Strong and steady heat
I was pleasantly surprised by how well these Menstrual Heating Patches work. They come as a 3 pack. The heat isn’t activated until the patch is removed from the package and the paper over the adhesive is removed. You do have to place the patch over clothing. The product page and the packaging say that but it’s the only thing that I don’t like about this patch. It suggests putting the patch on your underwear but unless you wear granny panties, this won’t really be able to hit the right area. So, plan to wear it outside of your clothes, which means you’re likely not going out in public (unless you’re layering your clothing). The heat takes about 5 minutes or so to take effect but once it starts it is strong and steady.
