Had to stop taking
I had taken these vitamin for quite a while and I could definitely tell a difference in my overall daily performance and wellbeing. I noticed that I was having minor trouble sleeping that slowly progressed over time. After discontinuing the vitamins I began sleeping well again. Just to make sure it was the vitamins causing my issue, I tried them again, and began having issues with sleep. I always took them in the morning, so maybe I’m just sensitive to some of the ingredients.
